    This was an incredibly healing yoga practice. I was amazed at how much more deeply I could breathe and how much more open I felt in my upper body afterwards. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling to get rid of a lingering cold but also to anyone who is looking for a gentle, restorative, and/or yin-inspired yoga practice with a focus on the upper body.

    This is actually a miraculous class for asthma. I depend on this every time I have an episode and if I catch it early I don’t need pharmaceuticals at all because of this amazing class. Thank you 🙏

    This has significantly helped my recovery from really nasty flu or covid -has felt absolutely delicious in amongst all the horrible stomach, kidney etc aches & pains. A great help to recovery and a lovely experience too -THANK YOU :)

    Thank you that really helped. Feel like I'm fighting off a cold and also recovering from a tough barre class! Very rejuvenating and stretched some hard to reach places eg back of knees on that holding ball of foot one or deep into shoulder lying on side.
