Thanks for the tip, Sylvie! I had absolutely no idea how to safely add elbows into my sparring routine. Now I'm gonna give it a go!

Hi Sylvie, I’ve started training 3 months ago as a beginner and find your videos very inspirational (and I also think you are a great role model to girls!) I’m planning to go to BKK in the next couple of months to watch some Muay Thai fights, it would be great to meet you if you have the time, or watch you compete! Lana :)

Lana Babenko-Smith thanks so much, I'm excited that my videos help/inspire you. I'm usually in Pattaya, so send my FB a message when you think you'll be around :)

Hello Sylvie! I'm Lana's boyfriend and I also watch your videos, as I think you're an amazing fighter! I will actually be in Bangkok this coming weekend and would like to meet you also, as I think the way you break down the technical part of Muay Thai is amazing!

Hi sylvie, would you recommend petchrungruang gym for a beginner who only has 1 year experience? thank you.

arpeggiatorful depends on the person. It's a great gym for beginners but you have to be responsible for yourself a lot of the time, so if you are such a person that needs to be directed all the time it might not be a good fit. If you are patient, willing to do the work asked, and have at least a few weeks, I've seen fast progress from even absolute beginners.

Hi Sylvie, huge fan and soon about to subscribe to your video library on Patreon. Just wondering if you can advise the best few camps for staying at around a month? I’ve only trained at the Sityodtong camp in Pattaya but there are obviously so many around Thailand. Cheers!

Hi. These are my recommended gyms: 8limbs.us/muay-thai-forum/topic/793-my-list-of-muay-thai-gyms-i-recommend-in-thailand/ Gyms change frequently, right now my top three, in order, are probably Kem's Muay Thai gym near Khorat, Attachai's in Bangkok, and maybe Hongthong's in Chiang Mai. Thanks for becoming a supporter. In the Patreon Muay Thai Library you can see full length private sessions from Kem, Attachai and Joe, which might give you a feel of what they are about.

I think trainers throwing fake kicks are more effective to increase fighter's reaction time I guess...
