My advice to any new player interested in mists. Buy yourself 10 to 15 4.1 or 4.2 sets of a build you enjoy made without artifact (cheap) then one after one lose them doing various things in mists. But practice keeping your mount up at all times, inspecting other players to see what they are using (and see what attacks to expect) look at gear sets as consumables not just gear your attached to. When clearing camps go around outside and kill mobs there first and only going into camp to get chest when done and do that cautiously. Just get used to the environment without panicking because your afraid of losing gear. Assume you will return naked and take some risks. You will get it over time :)
@silverslasher7477 I got a tablet with a ton of ram for pretty cheap and that problem went away. And losing the sets will happen regardless. View them like potions, it helps to craft the gear you like, t4 or t5 crafting takes very little time to get to and making your own sets can really offset costs. I like to craft say 20 or 30 of each item, put some in storage and sell rest.
Additional more advanced tips for inspecting players: 1) turn on the setting to show player skills and passives in the inspect 2) look at the items they have equipped, their spec, and their skills. Are they in a build that you counter? Are they in a build that counters you? Or is it an even fight? Are they low spec high tier (often worth fighting even if they are as much as +200 or +300 ip) or high spec low tier (generally be wary of lots 120 spec, especially 120 spec weapons)? 3) What is their likely game plan? Can you play against it? If so, how? Failing to consider these factors can be fatal even for highly experienced 8.3/8.4 players who have played mists since release. For example, a good portion of Goldstein’s victims are because they failed ton consider these factors. They dismount Goldstein on purpose to try to kill him but don’t realize it’s a 1h curse one shot build and they don’t have any counters. Through their carelessness, Goldstein receives a generous donation.
I started playing Albion in 2019 and it's safe to assume I've seen (many) thousands of hours of Albion videos. That said, your content (and I've seen almost all of your videos) is BY FAR the most enjoyable, the most information-rich, useful and down-to-earth, no-bullshit, honest and transparent, respectful of one's time and generally the most pleasant to watch. Good luck with the channel and thank you for your work.
As an old Albion Vet and now returning player after a long break I found this video toi be incredibly useful. Not only for mists but there were many generel tipps that are precious. Also the video was very well structured and not overbloated. Thanks for the effort. You have a new subscriber.
Thanks! For sure there's so so much interesting in Albion which is matchup-specific. Once I find a way to structure that part of the game better, I'll get on it.
These r some very useful tips, most ive come to realise after playing but great nonetheless, some were new like the record mode. I mainly go in full loot zones with druidic cuz I'm mainly focused on PVE stuff so not really geared for PVP so i mainly focus on getting in and getting out fast

Very glad to hear and thank you!
Great vids. Would love to see more matchups explained, what to look for in enemies gear/skills, what fights to avoid etc.

Good to hear! For sure survival is a common ground among PvE and PvP players - everybody learns survival at some point.
@@VicZaneGaming definitely that's a really useful skill and when u r new u neither good at survival nor getting away, still learning
Nice videos, new subscribers here ! Thanks ❤️
I can survive the mist if my monitor was fixed cause when ever im in a pvp situation my monitor becomea white and i cant frigin see
That is a truly unique problem to have :) I hope you find a solution.
Gracias por compartir
My pleasure :)
Most mobs in mists are designed to knock you out of your mounts circle so good luck keeping it next to you.
Never thought of it that way but some archers can be real pricks for sure.
