When I saw the first movie I was surprised that they made such a big deal about Duncan’s character. He seemed whatever to me having read the first book…..then I red more of the books and yeah he’s kinda a major deal.
I’m curious where your accent is from??? First I thought British, then I though Aussie, but now I think neither? Maybe something else? It is a very pleasant voice.
I get this a lot, and thank you. I'm South African, and the accent is a bit similar to an Australian one. I have lived abroad for so long though, I think the "British" sound kind of creeped in over time.
@@Internetrando I’ve spent some time in South Africa. Mostly Johannesburg and Durban. I didn’t pick that up, I’ll have to go back and listen again. SA has so many funny and fascinating expressions. Two of my favorites were “just now” vs “now now”. I learned that one in a difficult way 😂 Also learning that “robot” means traffic light 😂 I’ve enjoyed your videos. Keep up the great work 👍

They are the same thing, they say the truth sayer drug in the beginning before Paul and Jessica find out that the drug is the raw spice melange aka the water of life They also mention how nobody actually knows what the truth sayer drug is
Went from Witch to Reverend Mother without explaining that they are the same thing, then use Bene Gesserit without any explanation as to what that is and how it relates to either the Witch OR the Reverend Mother.
