This video is just so amazing. I learned so much from it. I am going to watch it over and over again. Thank you so much for posting. My landscapes are too ;realistic' looking, and I want to evolve a more abstract style. You showed me how I might go about doing this.
Oh my gosh, I've never seen anything like this. You're really amazing. Please say you come to the USA sometimes to do your wonders. I love this. Thank you so much.
Beautifull and very nice feeling for color - and atmosphere i wouldlike a short written info on what colors you have chosen for your palet and if you use medium and also what brand of oil color you prefer. J
My god if you had taken up cooking you would have the best restaurant in oz your paintings are hi viz icecream on a stick. I never thought you could make melody with a brush.
Great demonstrations, nice video. But ruined by the repetitive, annoying, irritating music that's like the medieval water torture. A bit of advice for your videos - get rid of all the terrible music you use, the images are more than enough to hold interest. (I watch your videos with the sound muted, much better that way.)
An inspiring demon in Tonality. Thank you!! Stunning work
Tonal work here is just stunning. Thanks for the inspiration.
A truly great painter and teacher. A must if you can get to his workshops!

Super work, good color composition and use, look minimalist and realistic .and at the same time abstract.

Very nice modeling.
Superb work.

Man and the generation thinks digital is better than traditional ha ha I think not! This is simply amazing!!
What brushes does he use in the first video? I like the green/black short handle one. I wonder if they are hog bristle.
They look like rosemary and co brushes
Nice work!
Sir, why to paint the darker tones first??
Nice Job John !

Love your style, hate the music, most irritating.

С натуры пишите господа товарищи ,а не с картинок ...........
bad painting...that is kitsch...not even the colours from the image you are using....
