Very good Video. Have two questions please. 1) Bought new DELL Desktop Mini Tower 3891 Inspriron with Intel i5 10400. Has WINS10 PRE installed on a small 256G SSD. I bought/installed new Ram Sticks(2x16G) and 2T M.2 SSD. 1a) Did I do wrong in taking out the PRE installed 256G SSD because I am going to CLONE my 3T SATA Folders/Files which measures a total of 429G, which has WINS10 ALREADY on it. My experience with Dell when I wanted to upgrade my 256gb SSD that came with the machine with a 1Tb SSD. "It will void the warranty if you replace the SSD yourself with one you buy online." But, if I bought the upgrade from Dell (same device), I'd have to put it in myself. Go figure. And, a heads up. Now, the right way to migrate from your 256gb SSD to the 2tb SSD is to purchase "ZEXMTE M.2 NGFF or mSATA to USB 3.0 Adapter 2-in-1 NGFF or mSATA Converter Reader Card with SATA Cable Converter as Portable Flash Drive External 2.5 inch Hard Drive,Support SATA NGFF B/B+M Key SSD" that will connect the new SSD to the computer and the Samsung software will write the 256gb image (with OS) onto the new card, then just replace it with the new card. I bought the adapter and my 256gb died before I could use it. :-O I just followed this video to install the Win 10 on the new card. I just have to reinstall all my apps now. Your 2tb ssd card fit. Carefully assess how it seats. There's no reason it shouldn't snug down with no bend, etc.. unless the 2tb card isn't the right card. My 1tb card snugged in and tightened with no trouble. (Samsung 1tb m.2 ssd). Good luck with your upgrade.

If your computer is already has a genuine product key or came preinstalled with Windows 10 you won’t need it as long as you reinstall with the same edition of Windows 10 that you’re currently running on. Once you set it up and connect to the internet it will activate automatically.
Same for my 5402. Download the Dell Usb Recovery tool app, install-it on your 5502 or another computer if the 5502 doesn't boot and you'll be able to install windows from the usb stick created with the Dell Recovery utility.

No the product key is stored in the BIOS. No need to re-enter it when you installed windows.
