Awesome video! My 10 week old AXS Reverb developed 40mm of suction and SRAM replaced it with a brand new post.... Here's hoping I can get at least 13 weeks this time!🙃
Thanks for the kind words. Hopefully you get at least 14 weeks, don't want to jinx it! 😉 Unfortunately, mechanical failures can occur with new dropper posts, and SRAM's high market share means they may experience a higher number of reported issues. But I'm confident your next one will be reliable 👍
Actually, this is more common than one would think. Reverbs are good posts. SRAM's large market share means they have a higher number of reported problems, which can sometimes lead to a negative perception. At least now, if you run into an issue with yours, you can fix it and enjoy it for another 6 years. 👍

I've had a reverb for 6 yrs . Call me lucky but have had no problems but does need bleeding periodically. Works like a champ .
