🇫🇷 Trentemøller, Anders de son prénom est un homme aux multiples vies. Avant d’être le producteur que l’on connait aujourd’hui le danois s’est en effet essayé à beaucoup de choses. C’est relativement sur le tard qu’il se met à produire et à mixer une musique à la frontière entre synthwave et expérimentale qui le fera connaitre.
D’abord en duo avec son compère DJ Tom au sein de Tribag, puis en solo à partir de 2003, année qui marque la sortie de son premier EP éponyme. S’ensuivent six albums qui voient le producteur tranquillement faire son chemin vers des sonorités plus organiques et moins électroniques. Son dernier en date, Memoria sorti en 2022 flirte d’ailleurs plus que jamais du côté de la dream pop et du shoegaze.

this live show is amazing. Rarely, music has checked all the boxes of my musical tastes as Trentemoller's one did on this show. 80's, shoegaze, dreampop or post-rock, all at once. Eargasm and mindgasm, I so wish I was there.
This SO leans on the sound of Copenhagen as it was 40 years ago - welcome home, Trentemøller! - and thank you, ARTE!

This album just grows in me, especially with this live performance. It is said that "good things grow". Thank you for your warm "all embracing"music. To me that also characterises a good artist that he or she has a wide span in expression though a solid foundation

This is INCREDIBLE!!! I knew the band from their remix skills with great bands like Unkle and Depeche Mode...but WOW!!! Man, this is on REPEAT for me because it is so well made!!!! Kudos for the cinematography, sound mixing, and PERFORMANCE!!!!

The sound engineer knows what he was doing. This sounds impeccable!
I wouldn't say perfect. I understand that this is a concert, but the sound is often mixed together and the vocalist is not audible in places. it feels like writing sound on a smartphone))
They should've used him for the Fishbone set at Hellfest!

Saw Trentemoller live earlier this year, his first time in New Zealand and the opening show was in Wellington (the capital city where I live.) It was an incredible show, full off energy considering they had endured gruelling jet-lag earlier! thanks for putting this concert up :) You can also see clips from the Wellington show on my channel if curious.
