Another great video and got the gopro back! The time-lapse is always good to see your progress! From looking at the streets there, I think you're working not far from my house.
You will never be rich with “ never enough “ thinking. The power of positive thinking. Get a labour & a total of 3 bricklayers. From 7 am my guys would need to lay 300 bricks by 10 am each morning on factory walls. Profiles, gauge marked & mud board full by 7 am. I paid top pay at the time.
Awesome video mate, but whats the idea behind making a trench in the mud whilst your laying it all out in prep for the next course? hopefully you get what I mean haha, also monster of a job just for one bloke well done!
Ty your a gun bro ! Your an inspiration for my build later this year. I will be in touch for a few tips. Let me know if you need a labourer anytime 100 % Your a awesome educator ! Your on the Brick Buddha Temple gates Bro 100 %
In Australia the bricklayer doesn’t need drawing as the 50 mm cavity from frame is followed, flashing, wall tie, becomes obvious. Pier size & lintel is only information required
Need to retire that trowel mate. You’re getting only about 1 1/4 bricks on the bed lay out. You can get about 2 1/2 with a new trowel. That’s a lot less back and forth to the mud board. Small trowels are ok for piers but not on wall runs. Looking great though, and labouring on yourself gives you a break from the tedium of laying. Numbers are less but you’re not paying for a labourer. You also get to control what radio station you listen to instead of the labourer changing it every time you get up on the scaffold 😅
Drove by- Very disappointed not to see this house completed by now. Looking at other bricklayers now, sorry liked your work but don’t want ours to take sooooo long.
What’s crazy is watching the scaff boards straighten up as he lays and takes weight off. Looks sick lol

I've had this trowel for 4 years now I think. Might be time! Very true about the radio though
Slowing down the Timelapse speed will give you a longer video and let the viewers take in a lot more of the content 🙏
Moin Australien! Super saubere Arbeit die du machst beeindruckend 😯😎🙂🙂👋🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Mate that's a money wall smash it .your scaffolding set up are very dodgy. Get a new trowel
19/10 is the only size for everything
12 inch trowels seem to be the most used over in Australia
Fuck that to big
