    Would you be making this one a sandwich, a salad, or scooping it onto a power bowl?

      I think it would also be great as the centerpiece of a salad. Cut open a tomato into a flower, load it up with chickpea smash, in a bed of lettuce with some cucumbers, yum yum.

    Omg Kathryn! Ive just made this and we ate some for lunch on toast. The second we tried the dressing we knew it was going to be fantastic. It was moorish , tasty and satisfying. Something new added to our vegan yum list, thank you so much for this recipe ❤️

    Great video and great recipe. We've been making chickpea salads (not smashed) for a while. But I think this style will help it really hit that tuna salad craving... Thanks!!

    So weird.. I just made this yesterday for the first time in a while without a recipe and I added corn (will char the corn next time) and sprouts! I used dry chickpeas for the first time soaked, but realize I should have cooked them first. Gunna follow your recipe next time, that dressing looks amazing.

      @TastyThriftyTimely  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh what a coincidence. Well I’m glad you found this recipe because we are on the same wave length! Charring the corn is a great extra step and yes the dried chickpeas will definitely have a softer texture if you soak and then cook them. I have a video on how to cook dried chickpeas if you need to follow along with anything. I’m glad you like the look of the dressing and you’ll have to let me know how you like this version when you give it a try!
