Westerly Seahawk 35, Neyland to Milford Delivery trip

Double Tee is a Westerly Seahawk 35 and we recently bought this great sailing boat while she was berthed in Swansea Marina South Wales. Look out for our main Delivery Vlog as we Sailed her from Swansea to Neyland Pembrokeshire (vlog coming soon)
After spending just a few weeks at Neyland it was felt that the berth just wasn't wide enough for comfort. So sadly after a number of years berthing our boats at Neyland and with nothing else to offer us, we had to move on to Milford Haven Marina who thankfully had a berth for us. In this vlog we make the short hop from Neyalnd Marina to Milford Haven Marina Pembrokeshire. Headwind, a Foul tide and a deadline meant we just didn't have time to have a sail but the trip did give us a few little surprises. Sadly the GoPro battery died just as we reached Milford Haven so we couldn't film the approach, but it was another great opportunity to spend some time getting to know Double Tee a little better.

Great looking sailboat. Spotted it on the berth at Milford. Have you got any plans for some winter sailing?

Thanks Pete, Great to hear from you. Yes she's a boat with a lot of potential. At the moment we are still waiting to get the Bow thruster back and installed but thereafter we hope to be sailing over the winter as we have always done with our previous boat. Of course its always going to be the usual juggling act of work and weather but we are staying in and have high hopes as they say. :-)
