Our mission to up size on our sail boat continues. In this vlog we share an update on how that's going and introduce Double Tee, A westerly Seahawk 35. Could she be the boat for us? In this vlog we take a brief look around on deck and below before heading out on a sea trial. We get a visit from some very special locals that just serve to make the sail even more special. I wnt through the same process a few years ago. Looked at many of the boats you referenced. Wee bought a fin seahwak and have never regretted it. Much roomier than a discuss or countess. Sails well. Strong boat that feels safe in a blow. Ive twken her to France, the Channel Islands and Holland. Id do the Atlantic if i could work out how to keep paying the mortgage!

Hi. Thanks for your comment. Its great to hear that you went for a similar boat and a fin keel as well. Sadly we bought very late in the season so our sail time as been nearly zero since buying, but June should change all that as we start a good few weeks leave and want to get out and start sailing Double Tee properly. Frankly we are new to fin keel ownership and already we are looking at places we cant go any more, but on the other hand with a boat like this our chart of how far we can go has got much bigger. Hope you will continue to follow are adventures as we get to know the new boat.
