"Naturally aspirated" is an understatement. It's nothing to write home about in terms of speed like the turbo counterparts, but the feeling is just different. Love it. Turbo these days are getting better (almost no more turbo lag) but this is still the best.
As a viewer and subscriber and a Car Guy. I love your taste as your daily driver. The only V8 IS available after the death of the IS F. I’ve sat in one at a auto show. Pretty cool ride
Took me a hot minute to realise this was an AustinEvans video. Wow, did NOT expect this kind of taste in cars. A shame we're not getting these cars in UK or the rest of Europe
I didn't realize it was Austin speaking, I was too caught up in the IS500 haha. I have an IS-F and this is definitely what I would in the upcoming future

HAHA this is 100% sick, all the tech tubers out there have clean EVs and 2-second 0-60's. Austin's out here with a v8 and giggles. The other tech tubers might have missed the plot on performance cars.
Amazing car I have the 350 v6. Was going to get the 500 but didn't want to spend more gas for right now lol. If you guys want one please do not get the v4 twin turbo one. It is very underpowered. The is350 and 500 are the way to go.
I like the car the ordering process sucked when I was trying to get one. I placed a deposit in May ‘22 and didn’t get a call to just this past July about them having one. It wasn’t my preferred build and I had started looking for other options around the late fall early winter last year. This past February I found a car optioned the way I wanted and pulled the trigger on ‘20 Mustang GT with ~10k miles. Around May the dealership told me they a RCF in stock that I checked out but couldn’t test drive it or anything. It was a bit out of price range compared to the IS500 but I really wanted to was the car and it’s powertrain enough to make me jump. I was a little sour on the experience but I had kept the mustang and did some modifications and now this it’s making the power and looking the way I want it. I was attracted to the ISF and IS500 in the first place because it seemed like a 4 door coyote mustang at first on paper. But the performance after market a bit lacking and the markups being a thing at the time I think I came out better with the Mustang. I may try to get a used one later on.
I love those cars and they're cool. Who else makes a $60k ~500hp car? Bmw M2 Coupe, Ford Mustang Dark Horse. Both simple cars with NA v8's And you can buy them brand new if you like.
Doesn't have the awe inspiring looks of the LC 500 and the exhaust tuning doesn't sound quite as epic, (still better than any V6 out there) but it's a great way to get the same wonderful V8 engine in a more practical package and also save $40k+!
