There's a main relay conversion cable that lets you use a more standard main relay. That will be a nice option once the NSX one goes EOL.

Oh cool! I haven’t heard of that but that would great.

Someone should make a universal Honda main relay, maybe with different pigtail adapters like how some car stereo installation kits do. (They go out in other models, too. Probably the vibration makes the solder joints fail over time.)

That would be cool! I think someone did manage to find an alternative but I didn’t read up on it.

Thanks!!! Your videos are great! If you can make more videos like this.... Please can you confirm the Honda part number for the cooling hoses set, also if you can confirm the part number for the axle boot and the axle assembly part numbers. Thanks again

Hello, the parts numbers will vary by year. I have a 1991 but I recommend using MegaZip to check for your year. MegaZip is really easy to use, you click on what made, model, and year your car is and then they show you list of part diagrams to look through. Once you get the hang of it you can look up any part for your car.

Along the lines of the cv axle boots - thoughts on a video that goes over suspension bushings - inspection, replacement options, etc. that would be kinda cool.

That is a great idea, my buddy’s TH-cam channel “Mexi River Garage” does a lot of suspension work. Definitely check it out.

@@DriversTherapy You're the awesome one here, dude. Back when my channel was still called Dr. Felin, I still remember when I first saw your Toyota Supra videos

I also am a NSX part hoarder. It is a great idea to buy more of these parts. There is a refresh program but only offered in Japan. This is how places like T3 TEC can replace ABS units and fuel tanks. Maybe I should ship my car to Japan and hand them my wallet :) I should have bought the ABS upgrade years ago. SOS can get them but they are $5562....yikes!! I'll just pick one up in Japan since I'm there two times a year anyway.

Thanks awesome and I’m so jealous that you have been to Japan. That would be a dream of me to go to Japan 🇯🇵, I would definitely buy a lot of stuff and try to ship it back.

I also live in Hawaii so it's a easy flight to get there. In Feb I went to Mita Motorsports and bought some OEM Honda smoke rear reflectors for my Type S NSX. You should go there and now is the time. The exchange rate is so good. @@DriversTherapy

Could you please supply the part numbers for the main relay, solenoid gasket and filter, for a 1991 r/h drive auto nsx as I am not mechanical enough to be sure what I am ordering. Thanks Peter
