Also digital trainings are made available and flexibility to switch roles within organization which could offer better learning or growth. The days of la la culture forcing employees is gone now

So true. I've left jobs that offered more money simply because the quality of the work enviromment was much lower than the place that paid me less. I would rather make good pay as long as the work environment and benefits are of higher quality. If I find that same high quality somewhere else that pays more I will jump to that job, but only when the quality matches. It's all about quality. Fire the bad eggs, make better quality workplace for your good egg workers.

It all starts with small things, beeing a god boss, take care of them. Dont try to work after them, they need to come to you, but dont kick them when they get sick, try to build a team rather then some individuals. Offer Teambuilding things, offer bonuses, offer them once or twice a year an opportunity, do something that will keep them busy apart from the normal 9to5 work. For instance, my assistant is taking german lessons, for once because i pay the lessons so its free for her but also because she wants to develope more and speak another language. So you need to see where you can improve to make your business better but also where to help your employees and make them feel one with the company, not "just an employee in a corporation"

I am also IT professional. My parents only took care of my food and shelter till 12th. From then I am on my own, earning, living and feeding family. I don't care about work environment much, I only care to milk more money from company and job security. 😅
This is only kind of true. Most people are not financially sufficient to where they can finance their entire life with their current assets. People think they have, but they do not. A recession will shake these people out big time.

I found out the weakness of the young generation. A few of them I shall quote, not all. Just please their impulses then they shall work for you. Once they get addicted to a sort of instant food delivery model then they are trapped in the same organization for long.
This is not true, because, youth in India is not having employment, in the first place. So, the question of social standard etc does not apply to Indian circumstances. Youth is accepting the abusive bosses, even today. What you say may be true only for top 5 percent people who are excellent for the job. Intelligent, Clever, really educated, dedicated, self motivated and having correct attitude. In India, due to educational break down, pampering by near & dears and government, the youth is no more serious while taking education and developing skills needed for developing requirements of industries. This, they come to know much later and accept any job for survival. The jumping of jobs, in majority of cases is due to employees are not capable of carrying out the job. This is due to negligence of candidate during education and other things as mentioned by me earlier.
Last point is not valid. Whenever they started abuse the knowledge and skills with very low pay then they will left the job. Today everyone is equally qualified doesn't mean boss has knows more. He has better experience that's it
