- So I created this level out of boredom of this tall room, only to have Lara fall down the deep chasm with the quadbike and see what happens. Nothing too impressive but it's quite amusing, I don't know what you think :)

I love the fact that she didn't die because of the fall or the explosion. She drowned in a 1 meter-deep pool of water.
@Macdealerx Or maybe she killed herself because she realised the new TRs are far superior and she's better off dead.
I wish Core-era fans just learned to enjoy their thing and left the Survivor trilogy in peace, but I guess that'll never happen.

I don’t mean to be “that guy” but it’s actually 2 metres: the pool seems to be 4 clicks deep which is the same size as a floor square or moveable block. That said, I see what you mean: the explosion merely hurts her, the water finishes her off.

The only thing that hurt more than the fall were those repeating textures
Not sure if the glitch I found was multiplatform or not but, in TR2 at the Tibetan Highlands the area where the key in the ice before you enter the pits there I rode the Skidoo backwards down one without holding the back button and just let her roll off and survived the fall. It seemed like there was no collision on the back and death is determined by acceleration or something. It was the PS Greatest Hits with the TR3 demo that I did it in. Needless to say I was stuck in the pit but, very much alive. I hope that is useful for a speedrunner or something.

What did you prove by doing this? What was your hypothesis?
I wanted to see what was the height limit of a room in the level editor. This is the tallest it can get, so I just thought it'd be fun to make Lara fall down the chasm and that's it. It was like a little experiment.
