Love your shirt color. Looks beautiful with your hair & skin color. Congrats on being recognized for making a huge difference for so many walking on a health journey by this group writting up a study based on your ch. I hope that this group that is involved writting up the stucy are legit and are on the right side of history not the protecting the main stream medical establishment who has done so much harm to many. One person can make a positive difference and YOU have hit the ball out of the park for creating your ch & providing so much amazing content & interviewing so many that share their stories of healing. BRAVO!! 👏. Keep up the great job. For me: Detoxing mold/heavy metals with bentonite clay (drinking 3 wks 2 times a day, then alternating 1 wk off , 1 wk on, 1 off etc & putting on skin (put on whole body skin only once whole body)) & rotating the following during the same time as bentonite clay oral capsules of *activated charcoal, *NAC & *Chelanox (which is a combo of heavy metal herbs) has done wonders to give me energy back. Sleep is better too. Not fully healed from fatigue/sleep issue but this is working. Focusing on detoxing mold & at the same time heavy metals has been key. (* bought all of the herb capsules at my local health food store)
Hi Raelan, first off, I want to say thank you for all of your efforts and videos. Secondly, I want to help you now. In this video, I noticed your one eye lid is drooping. I had the same thing and I had it corrected but had to go through 3 or 4 different doctors and 2 specialists. The one guy who eventually cured it diagnosed it as " silent sinus syndrome ". Google it and you will see. I had to have 2 fairly minor surgeries. 1 was to open up the clogged sinuses under my one eye so that the stuff could finally drain out of my sinus cavity. The second surgery was to put a small mesh net under my drooped eye and it lifted it back up to the original location, correcting the damage done by the silent sinus syndrome. It created a negative vacuum ( don't ask me how ) under my eye and pulled it down about a quarter inch. If not corrected, it will continue to droop. I am not sure if this is what's happening for you, but I am fairly certain that it is! It sucks but can 100% be cured and fixed. I had to see a very good ENT doctor that did the 1st surgery. The 2nd surgery was done by another specialist. Please reach out to me if you want more information. I'd love to help you out...just the same as you help everyone else out! Thanks again! Take care. 😊
My aunt passed like your mom, suffered with ME since the 80s. How bitter sweet we have this information now. You know you’re saving lives right? ❤ love x
Bravo! Recovery IS possible, this year and the recovery I have experienced has CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER ❤️ (commenting for the algorithm I really really want people to see this it’s so bang on)
God has truly blessed you, Raelan.....and all the people who have benefited from your research. Including me!! Yes, recovery is absolutely attainable. I am now back to work at a local store and keep getting stronger and my energy is much better. Congratulations again, 🎉🎉. May God continue to bless you and your family. Miss Monique 🙂🙏🌷💗
Raelan, you are loved and respected for your warm and affectionate nature and the magnificent effort you put, when you said stop and feel the compassion for yourself i was speechless, thank you.
Hey Raelan, this is for the algorithm. I'm typically a quiet lurker and watcher of your interviews. They played a massive part in my recovery and the difference you're making to the people willing to do the work is nothing short of inspiring. I hope this video finds someone that needs it.
Hi Raelen great video, as always! So helpful to have some of the key messages from your many videos all in one spot. I really liked the idea of having a small thing you can start with TODAY to help with your recovery. I was surprised what you said about LDN though (and nicotine patches for that matter) - LDN was the first thing that gave me any sort of symptom relief from my ME/CFS and I know many other people who also found similar benefit. And I'm pretty sure I've heard both being part of recovery stories in your videos too - it will be interesting to see what the systematic analysis by Goldsmiths says about this. Yes, it's highly unlikely a single pill or medication will solve our issues but that's not to say that at least some people won't get substantial benefit from them (much like cleaning up diet helps many people albeit is not a illness specific treatment) Otherwise I thought it was an excellent summary of what seems to help (and not help) most people and I'm sure thousands of people will benefit from this and your other work. With much gratitude!
Hi Judy - thank you for taking the time to share this! It's great to hear about your experience with LDN. We are obviously still all learning as we go and it's people like yourself sharing what's worked for them that helps everyone else start to figure out what is helping. And thank you for your generous support, I really appreciate it ❤
Thanks Raelan for the manner in which you continue to spread this message. When I was sick, there was almost no information and now it's everywhere. Blessing and Peace!
@@tanyawieczorek6603 , it took a lot of time and work to calm my nervous system. I worked on my feet so I had to drop to part time work. Restorative yoga, meditation were invaluable. It was very hard to stand or walk, but I learned that I could swim. Not having weight on my body but still moving trained my brain that it was ok. I found the Gupta program after 4 years of suffering. realizing the neurological side helped my nervous system calm instantly. It was a lot of work and up and downs and took about a year. One of the biggest things was that one day i took full accountability for everything in my life. No more blame and negativity....and I had lost almost everything, my house, my marriage, my saving, and close to losing my job. Lots of life lessons :)
I'm so grateful to have found your channel just over a year ago when going through long COVID and it has been so incredibly helpful! I have made so much progress, I'm definitely getting better👍🏻Thank you for all you do to get the word out and help so many who are suffering❤️
@ It's hard to say what one thing is helping. But, I have been doing breathing exercises using the breathwrk app, working on my circadian rhythm, listening to recovery stories to reinforce to myself on the rough days that I can heal. And then responding well to symptoms, remembering that it's just my nervous system and that the symptoms will pass. Usually once I do that, it usually does. Also, doing some somatic work. Hope that helps😊
Incredible video! You are literally turning the tide, and your channel is an incredible resource for people. The process you've been going through interviewing the recovered is incredible and highly illuminating.
GOLD, GOLD, GOLD, this is GOLD! Thank you Raelan for bringing this valuable information to us all. Recovery is %1000 a process. I’m on year three and can finally see the light! Information like yours is truly priceless. ❤
So many of your success stories have been helpful, insightful and useful in my recovery journey. Just know others have overcome similar (or worse) symptoms has given me hope and comfort. Thank you🙏❤
Thank you for summarizing this so well and for instilling hope in everyone you come across. Your wisdom, honesty, authenticity, confidence, and empathy are all beautifully inspiring! Off to go for a cold shower (which has absolutely been helping in my recovery as well!)
Thank you so much for your excellent work Raelan. You don't mention 'pacing' which used to be thought of as core to recovery. I wondered why this was, and what you now think about pacing.
Dear Raelan..You made me cry with this video. Thank you so much for all the info..it is really helpful..❤ I'm doing Gupta and I'm on it for almost 3 months now. And I'm changing a lot..in my head. And I hope the pain is going away soon too. It is a very hard journey...especially when you are alone like me. But I will get there..step by step. And with a lot of patience. I love your vids so much..And to everyone who is reading this: You can do it...🍀🙏🥰🔥🌟
Thank you for sharing that-it means a lot to hear. I’m so glad the video was helpful, and it sounds like you’re making amazing progress. You’ve got this! ❤️ ❤️
Thank you so much for talking about the timelines! I feel like so many people think this is a quick fix. And unfortunately some brain retraining programs push that. I’ve had CFS for 10 years, almost recovered and then relapsed last year because I had another perfect storm that shut down my nervous system. I’m 6 months into brain retraining and doing somatic work with Sarah Jackson’s Restore program, and I’ve made sooo much progress but I know I still have a ways to go. People need to know that just because there’s a small group that recover super fast, that’s not always the case for everyone!
Your channel is fantastic and I love how many different solutions you present to people. Thanks for keeping up the hope and focusing on RECOVERY…bless you!! I’ve been battling this off and on since 1992, and appreciate all the tips and various approaches. I do agree that it’s not one size fits all. Thanks for providing all this information🙏
This is your best CFS recovery video to date. This is one of the best CFS recovery videos period. Thank you for your great work. Very grateful I stumbled across yours’ and others’ TH-cam channels in my recovery journey. ❤
Thank you so much-that’s such a kind thing to say, John! I’m really glad the video was helpful, and I’m wishing you all the best on your recovery journey. ❤️ ❤️
Hey Raelen, I absolutely love your work and everything you do for this community. Thank you! I very much agree that working with the brain and nervous system is one of the best approaches to healing from these kinds of conditions. I also believe that there can be a bit more nuance and complexity for some people (I am one of them). I agree that for most people medications are not the answer, but I disagree with your take away about LDN. LDN in particular really has seemed to help so many people with CFS- I’ve listened to several of your interviews where people have said taking LDN was a turning point in their recovery. LDN is a medication that works specifically on neuroinflammation in the brain and quiets a part of the immune system that can get very overactive in people with CFS. In that way, it actually does act upon the nervous system and the immune system. I think we still have a ways to go in this space in understanding that it’s not this or that, brain retraining or medicine, mind or body. They are so interwoven that they cannot be separated, so it’s always both. Thanks for considering my perspective, and for all that you do!
Hi Diana - thank you for taking the time to share this! It's great to hear about your experience with LDN. We are obviously still all learning as we go and it's people like yourself sharing what's worked for them that helps everyone else start to figure out what is helping. ❤️ ❤️
Thank you for everything you do. You are changing lives everyday, & at the very least providing hope; so vital ❤. - Thank you for being brave & discussing the role of vaccines for some people. - Maybe look at bit more at the role/ symptom of anxiety in this illness for some people. My daughter developed terrible intrusive thoughts when bed- bound. We're still trying to un-pick this now. Also the strange adrenaline rushes whilst in recovery. - Maybe speak to Daniel from Release as I think he has some new learnings on his Release channel. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do. You've helped me to help my daughter & gave us hope. Love from the UK 🇬🇧❤
I'm so thankful for you and your continuing efforts to help us, Raelan. You gather all the relevant information and present it in a straightforward and easy to understand way. I'm not there yet with my recovery, but I know I'll get there. You've given me hope 🙏
I owe you an apology for previously being one of the people that was very skeptical and cynical about recovery and making comments to that effect. Since delving deeper into interviews, and the science and medicine behind the autonomic nervous system it resonated strongly. I have since commenced the ANS rewire program and am progressing rapidly beyond anything I believed possible. So thankyou for putting this information out there and putting up with all the people that make harsh comments based on outdated information and personal suffering.
I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that you are progressing rapidly! This is just amazing, and I'm thrilled you've found your path forward. And this message to me means more than you know. I appreciate you, your honesty, and you're taking the time to share this. Wishing you amazing things from here ❤
Dan Neuffer; he was ahead with ANS rewire. I am very grateful to him he prevented me going down rabbit holes. And big thank you so much Raelin for expanding knowledge and bringing it to the world from those who know their bodies and minds best. It cant be ignored. 🌍
There are common themes that are there. But there are also many many many different ways that work, and it can become quite confusing and overwhelming.
Love everything about this!!! You sum up difficult concepts in such an easy to understand way. Thank you. Can TOTALLY relate to the up, down, backwards, forward, circles trajectory of recovery 😂
Thanks for putting this together. Can you share details of the london study? Im from london so proud to hear that! I think for people the key thing is to take ownership for your journey and all journeys will be unique as we and what caused this in all of us is a unique thing. Keep up the good work ill be in touch when im better. I have plans to help people too and it will be a free resource as well. Screw the pay walls. People are suffering!
@sagel4940 haha no worries. The things that I think will help people the most I don't see being offered and also not offered in a way that is digestible for those that are ill. I think that people like Rylan who help others get better all have their own slant on it and I would be no different to that.
You are a rock star Raelan. Your videos has been a huge part of my recovery. Interesting you mentioned you have been doing videos for five years, I got sick five years ago and are now fully well! 😃 Member from now 😁
Good one Raelen!! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to helping people. Im profoundly thankful to people like you, and TH-cam in general, because its given access to information thats changing my life.
This totally aligns with my experience with Long COVID, thank you so much for this summary and fit your channel which has supported me through to my recovery 2.5yrs on. 🙏💕
I love how candid and honest you are. For example about (vegan) diet and more. It's big to be able to admit that one was probably wrong about somethings. Your channel is definitely the one thing that has been most helpful on this journey to recovery (that I'm still on). When I'm recovered, remind me to give you cred for at least 75% of that! 😍Other programs and channels have also been helpful, but I would't have found them if it wasn't for you! /Lots of love to you Raelan! ❤❤❤
Oh my gosh! am so glad that you mentioned the medical medium protocol! I tried it for 3 whole years and actually in many ways It caused more problems, one which is unfortunately permanent. I just finished watching this video and it was fantastic. Thank you so much for everything you do Raelan! And thank you for encouraging us to give ourselves a hug because I did, and it made me cry, so I obviously needed it! ❤
The medical medium encouraged people to eat a lot of fruit and to have lemon water every morning and he specifically said that it would not erode away the enamel on the teeth. Unfortunately, it did erode my enamel pretty severely and my dentist said that once enamel is gone, it doesn't come back. There are some different toothpastes that say they remineralize the teeth, but I have not seen any improvement from those.
I am vegan for the animals. Animal agriculture is cruel and eating vegan helps my nervous system stay in alignment with my values. And yes, I have recovered.
Caring people get these illness veganism and CFS very much linked to perfectionism traits my friends severe CFS vegan and highly linked to autism ADHD Like myself
Hello, I am 2 years into long covid recovery. I hope to be healthy again soon as I have recovered about 80% of from where I was. It is still painful and the fatigue is strong, but I am hopeful. It is crazy to believe that
How did you find all these recovered people ? Their stories are so encouraging and I wish the same would exist in French to be able to share to people who suffer but don't speak English... just don't know how to find them.
Hi! Perhaps you can ask in my Facebook group-there’s a supportive community that can help. The Gupta Program also has a French version and community, which might be helpful. Both links are in the video description-just click to expand it. I hope this helps!
Try this: Choose "subtitle" in your TH-cam video and then "translate automatically". Now you can choose your language. Not spoken, but at least as subtitle. Not perfect, but helpful. Wish you all the best.
Raelan, are you using bluetooth or wireless Apple stuff for your mic? I have noticed that the sound quality is much worse than in videos from 1-2 years ago. Otherwise, great video, as always!
@@RaelanAgle No worry! It's because I listened back to the interview with Nick from Australia the other day and the difference is huge. It was very good back then, but now it sound a bit like talking in a phone. It might also be an audio quality setting. Have a great day!
Hi Raelyn, Thankyou so much for sharing this! Just want to quickly mention that there are quite a few people on a fb site related to nicotine patches that have gotten close to full recovery through nicotine patches - theory is around binding to viral debris, plus nicotine stimulates parasympathetic NS. I think the issue with recoveries, is that it is SO individual. I have been meditating and brain training for years with only limited success so am going to look at combining this brain techniques with some physical strategies like nicotine, diet etc.
Thanks Raelan. Love your work. Interested at what you had to say about Low Dose Naltrexone as ali gdide brain retraining LDN was a game changer for me 😊
Thank you for all you do for this community. Last year I was mostly bedbound, and on days I felt like giving up, I'd watch your videos. I still have fairly severe CFS but one thing that's helped me recently is realising I probably have POTS so adding electrolytes to my water, and drinking more. I can suddenly stand up for MUCH longer without my Visible armband beeping at me! I never got light-headed on standing so thought it couldn't be POTS, but it seems to be a factor. Just being able to move around a bit more is amazing. Just thought I'd mention it in case it helps anyone else! Thanks again for all you do. 🙂
Oh man - I just started to get excited about trying the Medical Medium protocols for my long COVID which is thought to be reactivating of my history of EBV. Now I’m less enthused :(
You mentioned that these recovery themes are building on what pain sufferers have found helpful, but I don't think any pain sufferers expect to be cured from these "treatments". instead they expect to gain some influence over their symptoms (plus a better outlook on their lives). Maybe in time, some were indeed seemed to be cured of their pain because there can be many unknown factors that they may not be aware of. but I don't know of any who then claim it can be a cure for others.
Thank you for the feedback, Lilzvx! I wanted to include as much helpful information as possible, but I totally get it-it can feel like a lot. Hopefully, the timestamps make it easy to jump to the sections people are most interested in. ❤️ ❤️
21:28 "Nicotine, a metabolite of the NAD+ metabolic pathway, has been found to possess anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties... Additionally, nicotine ameliorated cellular energy metabolism disorders and deferred age-related deterioration and cognitive decline by stimulating neurogenesis, inhibiting neuroinflammation, and protecting organs from oxidative stress and telomere shortening."
Thank you for calling out that quack Medical Medium…. I unfortunately stumbled upon him at the beginning of this journey and fell for his craziness hook line and sinker… I have ptsd when I think about the amount of celery juice I drank and fell for his insane thoughts on healing and why I was “sick”
A common problem is the ego in the healing community’s. Instead of admitting what did not work for you. People have the need to put other people down. Just take what helps and leave the rest
I think that's not the answer for you then. I've been also doing a lot of meditation. Trying different types, different timing, duration. It hasn't improved my health at all. It brought some benefits but not in regards to health.
Still in the process myself - 2 years post covid/ cfs … did also a lot of meditation and spiritual work, which is great, but did not improve the condition. im my opinion , we need to digg deeper, as also mentioned by realan, searching and releasing trauma from body and mind… that seems to be part of all the brain retraining programs in one way or the other. that will be my next steps, fingers crossed.

You are a living angel for so many people including me! ❤️
This was such a wonderful video. It was really uplifting listening to you. Thank you for all you do x
There are no words to convey the profound impact you are having on research into CFS ME and the hope you give us
I'm so thankful for you and your continuing efforts to help us, Raelan.
Wishing you amazing things from here ❤
@@RaelanAglethankyou for the support and very meaningful reply.
Raelan, thank you for your generosity and positive message you make such a difference xx
Thank you so much for this Video! It gives so much hope! ❤
Dan Neuffer; he was ahead with ANS rewire. I am very grateful to him he prevented me going down rabbit holes. And big thank you so much Raelin for expanding knowledge and bringing it to the world from those who know their bodies and minds best. It cant be ignored. 🌍
This is a super great summery of the information that has been shared on your channel. I agree with all of it...thank you!
I'm glad it resonated with you! 🧡 🧡
There are common themes that are there. But there are also many many many different ways that work, and it can become quite confusing and overwhelming.
Really ? Many more? Can you name a view ?
Love everything about this!!! You sum up difficult concepts in such an easy to understand way. Thank you. Can TOTALLY relate to the up, down, backwards, forward, circles trajectory of recovery 😂
Thanks for putting this together. Can you share details of the london study? Im from london so proud to hear that! I think for people the key thing is to take ownership for your journey and all journeys will be unique as we and what caused this in all of us is a unique thing. Keep up the good work ill be in touch when im better. I have plans to help people too and it will be a free resource as well. Screw the pay walls. People are suffering!
Thank you in advance for helping other people! 🥰🤗💕🙏
@sagel4940 haha no worries. The things that I think will help people the most I don't see being offered and also not offered in a way that is digestible for those that are ill. I think that people like Rylan who help others get better all have their own slant on it and I would be no different to that.
Obviously it remains to be seen what comes of my statements because I am still ill!
The study is in early stages yet but I will definitely share more as things progress!
You are a rock star Raelan. Your videos has been a huge part of my recovery. Interesting you mentioned you have been doing videos for five years, I got sick five years ago and are now fully well! 😃
Member from now 😁
Lars!! 🧡🧡 So happy for you and welcome aboard.
This was SO awesome! You are amazing.
Thank you so much, Teresa 🧡🧡
Good one Raelen!! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to helping people. Im profoundly thankful to people like you, and TH-cam in general, because its given access to information thats changing my life.
I am so glad it's helping you, Sue! 🧡🧡
Awesome video Raelan ❤🎉 thank you so much!
This totally aligns with my experience with Long COVID, thank you so much for this summary and fit your channel which has supported me through to my recovery 2.5yrs on. 🙏💕
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💟Thank you Raelan!
Thank you Raelan!!!
Wow!!!! This is so incredibly helpful❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you so much! Again and again. I hope this is spread all over the world.
🧡 🧡 I’m so glad it’s resonating!
Thank you for putting all this work in for us Raelan ❤
This information is important & life changing!
Thank you for this and everything you do for the community! I tell as many people as I can about your channel :)
That is so kind of you, thank you! 🧡🧡
Wishing lots of healing and good recovery to all around Christmas 🙌🌸✨
thank you so much for the work you are doing! still quite a rollercoaster for me but i know for sure what will get me out at one point eventually
Great information❤🎉
Thanks Raelan for all that you do!
Fabulous. Love you Raelan ❤
Oh my gosh! am so glad that you mentioned the medical medium protocol!
YES me too medical medium didn't help AT ALL it worsened me
Can you name the permanent problem? I highly doubt the protocols do permanent demage.
All the best to you !
I'm curious if you could tell us what the permanent problem is and how it came about, exactly?
The medical medium encouraged people to eat a lot of fruit and to have lemon water every morning and he specifically said that it would not erode away the enamel on the teeth. Unfortunately, it did erode my enamel pretty severely and my dentist said that once enamel is gone, it doesn't come back. There are some different toothpastes that say they remineralize the teeth, but I have not seen any improvement from those.
@@sagel4940 oh wow, sorry to hear that.. I grind my teeth and my enamel is wearing down too.. I was thinking of trying Sensodyne.. 🤔
Nervous system regulation works for endometriosis and PMDD too! I can testify!🎉❤🎉
Wow! Thanks so much for sharing, Andréane 🧡🧡 So good to know!
Relaxation ? What are your tips
How to regulate the nervous system
We need this content!
Thank you for the encouragement!
Fantastic summary video. Thank you Raelan for shining the light 🌟
so powerful and so loving , thank you
I am vegan for the animals. Animal agriculture is cruel and eating vegan helps my nervous system stay in alignment with my values. And yes, I have recovered.
Caring people get these illness veganism and CFS very much linked to perfectionism traits my friends severe CFS vegan and highly linked to autism ADHD Like myself
dear realan, a big long due THANK YOU to you… and for the algorithm!
.....hang on..... squirrels!???.... no wonder I haven't recovered yet.... gonna have to go find me a squirrel now....😂😂😂😂
Hello, I am 2 years into long covid recovery.
@@mitdenken Translation is not offered on all videos on youtube. In fact, I rarely see it available.
It’s so interesting how doctors learn from their patients
Thanks, you are a legend 🙌 ❤❤❤
Well done amazing work you have done ❤🙏🏻
You’re very, very kind ❤
Raelan, are you using bluetooth or wireless Apple stuff for your mic? I have noticed that the sound quality is much worse than in videos from 1-2 years ago. Otherwise, great video, as always!
Thanks for letting me know! It's been the same mic for the last couple of years, but perhaps it is getting worn out and needing a replacement :)
@@RaelanAgle No worry! It's because I listened back to the interview with Nick from Australia the other day and the difference is huge. It was very good back then, but now it sound a bit like talking in a phone. It might also be an audio quality setting. Have a great day!
The celery juice comment 😅😂.
Yes I did this for a full year. Made no difference what so ever.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Hi Raelyn, Thankyou so much for sharing this!
I have been meditating and brain training for years with only limited success so am going to look at combining this brain techniques with some physical strategies like nicotine, diet etc.
i am wondering if i can apply all these to recovery to cfs but from autoimmune diseases… i really want to try it because cfs stole my life
Thanks Raelan.
Now I’m less enthused :(
Even though it doesn't seem to be the path for most, perhaps it will be exactly what you need. Trust your gut!
I've seen comments on some of this channel's videos where people say recovery isn't possible.. 😢
Let them be sick then, people have the choice whether they want to recover or not.
Also, keep in mind that it’s a really long intro for people who are sick
Thank you for the feedback, Lilzvx!
I wanted to include as much helpful information as possible, but I totally get it-it can feel like a lot. Hopefully, the timestamps make it easy to jump to the sections people are most interested in. ❤️ ❤️
Liked and shared ❤
21:28 "Nicotine, a metabolite of the NAD+ metabolic pathway, has been found to possess anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties... Additionally, nicotine ameliorated cellular energy metabolism disorders and deferred age-related deterioration and cognitive decline by stimulating neurogenesis, inhibiting neuroinflammation, and protecting organs from oxidative stress and telomere shortening."
Plug ALL the interviews into AI and ask for the most important steps 🤷♀️
The researchers just need to use ai now it seems!
Smart
Thank you for calling out that quack Medical Medium…. I unfortunately stumbled upon him at the beginning of this journey and fell for his craziness hook line and sinker… I have ptsd when I think about the amount of celery juice I drank and fell for his insane thoughts on healing and why I was “sick”
Absolutely helped me recover along with dr Lam and Dispenza. Not sure why she says diet doesn’t matter.
A common problem is the ego in the healing community’s. Instead of admitting what did not work for you. People have the need to put other people down.
Just take what helps and leave the rest
@@brookenero6667 happy for u
MM made me worsev
Me to. Made my symptoms million times worse.
What’s so insane about thinking that viruses, toxins and stress make you sick? It’s the same thing any holistic doctor will tell you
You are doing God‘s work, thanks 🙏🏻
I've been meditating seriously for 30 years (nearly as long as I've had ME/cfs). When do you think I will start to see an improvement in my health?
I think that's not the answer for you then. I've been also doing a lot of meditation. Trying different types, different timing, duration. It hasn't improved my health at all. It brought some benefits but not in regards to health.
Still in the process myself - 2 years post covid/ cfs … did also a lot of meditation and spiritual work, which is great, but did not improve the condition. im my opinion , we need to digg deeper, as also mentioned by realan, searching and releasing trauma from body and mind… that seems to be part of all the brain retraining programs in one way or the other. that will be my next steps, fingers crossed.
Algoooor!!
