My condolences to you Steve, may your wife rest in eternal peace. Definitely Zet, regarding the fires in CA, they are abnormal to say the least. And no, I don't remember this state burning like this either back in the day - 'cuz it didn't. A quick note since this episode's upload, there have been quite a few arrests for arson relating to those specific fires you both mentioned and additional arrests for arson throughout the state adding more weight to the criminality spectrum concerning most of the hot spot areas initally sparked by unmaintained powerlines from PG&E. Before I jet, Steve, great work with FORBIDDEN and Hell's Heroes VI. Caught a few uploads since that show and you all did an amazing job! You do the North Bay proud! Keep the Metal flowing.. ⛧🤘
Steve Smyth absolutely destroyed at the Bay Area Interthrashional show last year. I got to catch the Forbidden re-birth debut at Baltic Kiss as well. I'm looking forward to the Christmas shows with DA.
Hey Steve I was born in Chico. I've not lived in CA for many years now but i still have family there and near the areas you describe. I don't remember any big fires like this happening on this kind of scale. It's hard for other people to understand until you've experienced a place you know or love being burned down. Seems like each fire makes it drier and hotter

I first learned of you when you were in Testament, and I was hoping that lineup would get an album out one day, but it is what it is. Still, a few years later, we got This Godless Endeavour. I thankfully got to see Nevermore on the Gigantour in Toronto, and my brother and I were wishing you were granted a bit more playing time that day. Looking forward to what this incarnation of Forbidden has in store!
