Forgot / no complaints from the wife shes just used to it and its not got any worse/ suppose with lowering car , putting wider rotor wheels and 10mm wheel spacers on , cant really complain that steering seems heavy to me.

    Im actually looking at an 2009 A4 B8 sline at the moment and the steering is pretty heavy. Not normal but the car is mint and i like it. Having looked online it seems different to what most are saying about steering issues as its constantly heavy not just at different speeds but drives fine. But it is a concern and has me concerned about purchasing it although i really like the car. Does this sound to you like what this one was like would love to hear from you as its putting me off buying a lovely one. Any advice much appreciated. Car is faultless apart from this issue. Thanks

    • @kennedysgarage3281
      @kennedysgarage3281  ปีที่แล้ว

      When driving mine it was heavy all the time but it got slightly heavier in spots when turning. So I couldn’t say if it is the same issue, but I don’t think it would put me off buying the car if it is so good. The power steering on these are quite simple and inexpensive to repair. So if I were you I would buy it but try to bargain them down slightly due to need it repaired 🤔🤔

    • @ridhwanpatel7265
      @ridhwanpatel7265 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mines heavy all the time aswell, but I think this issue is heavier even more than normal.
      I bought mine and went from a focus so was wierded out by the heaviness. It's normal now and I'm use to it. But if it's heavy then loose then it'll be the rack.
