- a hard steering wheel to turn is a common problem that can happen to any car ,even new models. but the solution might be very easy and cheap rather than changing power steering pump or the rack and pinion which will cost you lot of money. in this video I tried to give my own experience with this problem so anyone else could try it before even going to mechanics. enjoy the video
