Balance Druid Cata Classic Pre Patch Rotation

Take this rotation with a pinch of salt as they say. There's no real proper rotation published that I've seen for the pre patch, so I gave it my best guess, there's little tweaks that could be made possibly so check the comments to see if anyone else has another opinion! Hope this helps with the general Idea of what to do though for our rotation at level 80! It WILL CHANGE at 85!
