the strange thing about the DirtWolf 3, that it has a better stick latency on 500hz than 1000hz thanks for the review and the comparison, great as usual.
I'm going to get Dunefox for $15, this is a steal for good membrane controllers that also became rare af. And I hate tactile switches, especially in dpad and face buttons, especially in fighting or retro games. If only it had a switch variant with membrane bumpers and triggers.
Could u do a video covering what u think the best thirdparty companies/controllers have to improve to be the perfect? (e.g flydigi vader 4 pro has to improve its button and stick latency and also in the vader 5 pro it could include different layouts for the paddles so the 4 paddles are comfortable for everyone this is pretty easy to do as the 3d models on etsy makes it so u can change between the paddles design of the elite 2 and the vader but with screws not an implemented mechanism like magnets similar to the dualsense edge to change them)
how is the back buttons on the direwolf 3 ? i always have bad luck with those because they either get in the way or they has weird actuation where the button is definitely being pressed (hold) but the input goes on and off and you'll have to hold on them with extra force so it doesn't losses the input (i hope you get what i mean) The only reliable controller i have that doesn't have these issues is the 8bitdo pro 2 controller and I really wanna change from the 8bitdo also tried four configurable back buttons options like the vader 3 and gale hall and i didn't find those comfortable to use unlike the dual one's
Awesome review as always! Thank you for testing the tension on the face buttons. I want to know this information before I buy a controller because I mainly play souls and soulslike games with them and the B or A button are sprint and dodge with those games. Direwolf 3's buttons should be ideal. The Ultimate 2C for example has so hard to press buttons, they feel good though.
indeed, and pxn p5 has 4 back buttons that are easy to remap the only strong point on the direwolf is flydigi app which is amazing actually the sticks and dpad on the direwolf are better than on the PXN too
@ How much better we're talking about here VK? is it really good or is like small kind of good? cuz that's gonna be a plus point for Direwolf if it that good
@ the sticks? Really good the PXN sticks feels like regular sticks, but the direwolf feels very different and the internal restrictor makes it very smooth too after all it IS the same modules of the vader 4 pro, but with a fixed tension

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HAVE DIREWOLF ON MY CART AND WANTED TO CHECK OUT BUT WAITING ON A PROPER REVIEW THANK YOU SO MUCH!

whats the best budget controller under 40$
The dunefox doesn't support android?
Which one do you more recommend, Direwolf 3 or Cyclone 2? I am looking for great gyro experience on PC.
The cyclone 2 is one step above the direwolf
It offers more features
@VKsChannel does Cyclone have great gyro?
@ Don't know about it but Cyclone 2 already had TMR on their sticks
Hori steam controller review when?
Direwolf 3 would be a pretty good choice.....too bad PXN P5 exist tho lol
pxN p5 vale a pena? estava pensando em comprar o pxn p5 8k
@@drillzer4 Idk about the 8k version, but the P5 really worth it for the price it offered imo
