Mainstreaming the Traditional Healing System || NIPER-G

To commemorate the monumental occasion of the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav), Bio-NEST NIPER-G hosted a set of activities for a resurgent, Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
This time NIPER-Guwahati and its Bio-NEST Incubation center organized a series of talk on ‘Traditional healing system - Showcasing Potential, Journey and role of Biotechnology on mainstreaming the system’.
The aim of the event is to link the history, culture, ambitions, and the people of traditional healing community with the students, researchers, faculties and the common people of the country.
Three eminent speakers delivered the talks on the theme with different approaches, such as ‘Ayurvedic Approach’, ‘Ethnopharmacology Approach’ and the ‘Biotechnology Approach’.
