I went into a new relationship 2 weeks after a break up because I was hurting and needed a distraction. I wanted my ex back but I didn’t want him to know that at the time. He stayed single for 18 months and I bounced through a dating app trying to replace him.

@@SteelTimeify no, he ended it and it turned out he thought we’d get back together. He told me that we were 100% finished so I immediately found a new guy just as a distraction. Then the ex ended up hurt and crying because I had moved on so quickly when he thought “we were taking a break”. The new guy that I had started dating after the two weeks turned out to be a liar which is why that didn’t work out and I went straight back on the dating app.
I wanted that ex back for than anything but if he can hurt me once, he can hurt me twice.
@@elliewilliams9893 never look for a replacement I was single for 17 months after being with my ex for 15 years I got miss treated and abused he was mean I never looked at another man when I was with him I was so madly in love with him, and only wanted to be with him only I got sick of the lies the cheating and the sneaky things that he was doing I put him out when I was single. I have a friend that I’ve known for 20 years we got back in touch in a couple of weeks. I’m two months. He was a manipulator and a liar I got rid of him. We only slept together twice, and it was a nightmare. I’m glad I got rid of him as well. He was a lot worse than what I already had. So now I just focus on myself. My kids god and work there’s nothing out here and I realize that the best thing to do is to be alone running to someone else we’re not able to heal a broken heart or take out the time for our self You will get over it I know it hurts but if it’s meant to be, you will find your way or he will find his way back to you.
