Imdoing this. My trucks not worth doing at all at this point but i got a welder i have not used yet so it's good to learn on. My cross over for the carrier bearing is rotted too. I cant find any new one's guess i'll have to try and patch it up. Trucks worse than i thought
@@angeljuarez840 I tried and just couldn't do it. The saw would never bite into the metal. I just cut squares out around each end of the tube with a grinder.
you take the tires off then you can lift it easier just a few inches.

Is there a way to replace the crossmember beam without taking the bed off the truck? Possibly if I put the truck on a lift?
man i wouldn't suggest it. taking the bed off isn't difficult at all
you just get way more access to everything
It can be done but its the long complicated way. The bed probably needs support ribs anyway
Where's part 2
Definitely 2 guy can lift up the bed if you don't have a engine host
I definitely been watching you and taking your advice I hope I can accomplish that too I finally cut my cross member to my frame of my truck
nice slippers
Part Deuce
The rust shaack, rust shaak
I do alot in slippers too,lol
Horrible video. I am drunk from all the moving around. Too fast. Slow it down and it would probably be fine. I really wanted to see this.
