Nice vid. Edgetools by thomthom will find pesky little edges or edges that don’t quite meet and in many cases gives you a one click fix of the issues. Love this workflow. Thanks for sharing.

Would the Curviloft plugin not do the same but also offer additional options?

Of course.
Not to mention that the one he called "quadmesh" isn't a quadmesh at all, just a bunch of ngons with criminally bad topology LOL. Curviloft will create a proper quadmesh instead.

Curveing a road service is more than just puting it on a plain. For instance you need to to take drainage in a count, corners ar not just a 1/4 cirkel…
