Please do more SketchUp for 3D printing videos. I do a lot of 3D printing, mostly practical things for my home and shop, and all I use is SketchUp for my 3D modeling software.
Nice demo Tyson. I use Solid Inspector but usually when I have issues so good to see how it can be integrated in my workflow. Also I hadn't come across the Clean up extension so will be sure to install that as well.
Sometimes with complex solids which are not "solid", when I use Solid Inspector to help with or fix issues, it says "No errors. Everything is shiny" but SU Entity Info still does not show a volume. If this happens, I ungroup and regroup the object and that usually fixes things. Also be aware that running CleanUp on large groups with thousands of faces can take a LONG time and can cause SketchUp to crash.

Yes, this works. I do this method often.
The macOS version of SketchUp really needs to dock all those windows like they do on the PC. The Material window is the worst.
