Loved this video. I’m on the road a lot, so will definitely incorporate some of these creative, low resource routines (exercises with a band, chair in the corner of the counter, etc.) into a quick routine that I could do in a hotel room
Unfortunately There was I time when I was younger where I found myself in the correctional facility environment, and calisthenics was all we had, but man, we did it all from push ups, dips, pull ups,squats, lunges , burpees etc. we used water bags,and we actually had access to Ab wheels, But man I still do them til this day. Great video man. I was hoping to see you make a video like this. 💯 I feel your pain man I’m over here near Youngstown and it’s been toooo cold outside fr.
I had a stint in college where I was doing an insane amount of push ups and after a few months I was amazed to see my bench press go up by like 30 lbs haha
Man, I still do calisthenics, weighted pushups (decline,incline) I’ve got a pull up bar in my back door frame, I’ve got my ab wheel etc but I got to get back to the gym fr.

I wouldn’t. You grow when you rest. If you’re in the gym 3-4 days a week already you’re doing enough
