Gameplay of The Amazing Spider-Man
The FPS were at 60 FPS while not recording and while recording at 30
Recorded with Fraps, edited with Sony Vegas Pro 10.0c. Also I was playing the game with the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.

Resolution: 1920x1080
Everything lowest (because of this early phase of the game, it has huuuuge Performance Problems)

Ohne Aufnehmen waren die FPS konstant bei 60, mit Aufnahme bei 30.

This is much better than The Amazing Spider-man 2. Here you can see you swing cross the city without bigger problems,and in Tasm 2,there are Forces,and u need to fight them. First part is amazing. I love it.

I can only get so good FPS at the lowest Settings anyway^^
Try using the latest patch. The only thing that changed for me though is including the Classic Spider-Man Suit.
I still have to play on lowest settings but therefore I get constant 60 FPS. And it doesn't look too bad after all.
Where you get the latest patch? I have a pirated version but It keeps lagging on my new gaming laptop and it cannot save, it says saved data corrupted

My Wii version of this doesn't seem to include free roam, which sucks (I mean the lack of free roam).
I was wondering why my system was having issues running this thing at lowest settings. Specs: AMD FX 8150 8core @ 3.6Ghz, 8GB Ram , 1TB HDD, Radeon 7850 OC edition 2GB yet I get insane low fps. And this game is pretty cool too -.-.

Most definitely. If an Xbox 360 controller works an Xbox One Controlle is pretty much guaranteed to work as well as they use the same software haha

Your using Xbox 360 controller on your PC right? How did you connect the controller to your PC?
I used to back then. I had a wireless adapter that I had connected via USB and then I could sync my Xbox 360 Controller to that. These days I'm using a wired Xbox Series X Controller

Yup I'm playing with an Xbox 360 Controller on the Regular PC Version (no emulator) and it works fine

It seems the game doesn't exist for purchase on Steam anymore, look up some keyshops like g2a or kinguin (also check keyforsteam com for the best price) best of luck :)

I you play on the highest settings PC has better graphics than the PS3 and Xbox 360 Versions. This was played on very low graphics, so I expect the ps3 to look better than t hat

I don't know how smooth, but it should run (btw, you don't have a gtx 450, it's a gts 450, the gtx 450 doesn't exist), you can look for "The Amazing Spider-Man GTS 450 Gameplay"

If you don't have it on steam, in the game folder look for a folder
called "Redist" or "CommonRedist", there should be a DirectX
installation in there, install DirectX and you should be able to play
install directx

@@bastienhouse5202 It's just the feeling, I never said that it connects to the buildings. It just feels more fun. What annoys me about TASM2 is that after a certain playtime the whole city is full of obstacles (like electric nets, etc) and when you just wanna have some chill time it's not possible.
In TASM1 you can swing freely at your own pace whenever you want.
Then again Marvel's Spider-Man will be by far the best when it comes out in 2 weeks haha

People who sell the game on g2a bought a key (either online or taken from the case of the game) and these keys can be redeemed on Steam. The game on steam however is not sold anymore, so you can't buy it directly there, only a key. I don't know why the game isn't sold there anymore (maybe licenses expired) but the key will work

i have: FX 8350 4.0 GHz, R7 350 2gb and 8Gb ram,With that it exceeded the recommended ones, but although it puts in maximum quality or very low it works the same, but it has pulls every time
That could very well be because of your CPU, AMD CPus tend to bottleneck easier
The game is badly optimized most people with awesome specs are getting massive stuttering and lags. Try some tweaks to get rid of it
I can confirm that (at least with The Amazing Spider-Man 2), getting terrible fps drops with my GTX 1060

You can run it with a 32bit Windows, but a Graphics card is necessary!

I don't know any illegal sources but your only legal option would be to buy a steam key. But as far as I know there aren't any at a reasonable price outside of the EU. I'm not entirely sure about that tho

Ich weiß nicht genau, weil ich nur den Xbox 360 Controller besitze. Und falls es nicht funktioniert, gibt es ein Programm namens X360ce, einfach ins Spielverzeichnis einfügen und starten und dann vielleicht noch ein Tutorial schauen. Der gauckelt dem System nämlich vor, dass du einen Xbox 360 Controller benutzt und dann sollte es klappen :)

It was available on steam but it was removed. Your best bet is to find a steam key online
but that means third party so why bother..

I didn't have that problem. The game has a launcher where you select Graphic Settings and Resolution. I selected 1920x1080 there and it worked without any problem.
Just change the shadow settings to medium. Trust me that's fix the resolution problem. If you don't believe visit pcgamingwiki.
Hello guys, can someone help me? Wen i run TASM, in a random point of the story, the PC freezes (and no, my PC isn't weak.)
What are your PC specs (not to say your PC isn't weak but just to make sure). Does this only happen with TASM? Do you have a legit copy of the game or a pirated one?
@@TenkaichiMeister my PC specs are 16 GB of RAM, GTX 1050 Ti, Intel Core i5 9400F, 1 TB SSD, it happens only with TASM, and I have a pirated copy since I can't find any legit copy, they're all sold out or removed, like g2a or steam.

I'm using core i5 6200U 8GB ram 2.30GHz and it lags as hell
this game doesn't look very cool to me, sometimes spider man shoots his webs into nowhere and they seem to just stick to the sky.
also, for me he's way to close to the camera, and all this "cool" moves he does, after you go into that ego perspective and choose where you make him jump next, looks pretty stupid to me.
somehow i liked the old games better.
but ty for the video now i know that i don't want to buy this game.
+Thomas Brandner No problem, of course it always depends on someone's taste, I liked the game very much but I also prefer the old ones, but mainly because I simply liked the old Spiderman more (the actor, the suit, the story). Because the old one was a real superhero but this one..I mean he needs a machine to shoot webs..so he's more like a batman-type of superhero and that's simply not Spiderman to me

Yeah I can see why, but I grew up with the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man and hardly read the comics, so I'm not really familiar with the original Spider-Man (also because there are so many comics it kinda prevents me from reading) and I also like the idea that he doesn't need a device to shoot web. But maybe that'll change in the future, maybe I'll someday find the time to read the comics and then maybe I'll enjoy it more, who knows? :)

I got my game on Steam but unfortunately the license I guess expired and it's no longer available to buy on steam. Might be able to buy online cd keys but i'm unsure. The DlC's were ok if your thinking of getting try to get one that includes Dlc's.

For me it's also TASM1. I didn't like Electro very much as a villain in TASM2 and also it had some cringe moments. Then again the end was very tough. That was hard to see so that one way good
