Oh man!!! This totally screams Venus Project to me! haha that old man talking about producing houses in factories and them being ship-able and easy to place or add on to a building. I think this stack-able option is definitely where the future is going. Accommodating so many tiny houses or houses in general would take up way more land than just creating a building that they can be inserted into. I still want my house to be on wheels and stand on it's own, but I can imagine in 20-30 years this versatile stack-able option will gain more traction. Oh man! and moving would be easy. Maybe one day we'll actually have a high speed train system that way tiny houses don't need wheels and can be placed like cargo for transport.
Funny, I have a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 - 1/2 bath, kitchen and dining / living space house yet I spend 90% of my time in 1 room that's about 20 by 15 and only leave it to stretch, wash clothes or go cook something....LOL....
😅. I know! No talk about pricing either. Sound like it’s NOT a cost effective solution for those of us looking to get out of the rent trap! 😢 Specially not for people on a fixed income ...
We all know this ain't made for a family...its made for the fresh outta college software engineer or that run away 18 year old kid that is trying to live life on his or her terms....
It's also good for a single adult who may not be fresh outta college. WTF is wrong with you? Not everything is built solely for the Millennial you know,
well you can add modules which can add more one more room (bedroom). You can also link several kasitas together, so you can technically have a family live in a chain. While yes I believe this is not the purpose in lets say 50 years with something like kasita more developed this will happen
I don't think the latter can afford it. As for people saying it's not meant for families, they do have floorplans taht combine two units into one that gives you an additional bed and bath.

Haha it's outside my work and it looks amazing thanks Tesla for giving the little sneak peek!!! 😍
such a great concept
Also will this ever be available in other countries
I’m sure this can be set up anywhere the goverment allows it... Cause it seems to be “On Grid”, not off . . .
If it comes to Illinois I’ll buy one in a heart beat
I'd love a Canadian Edition with upgraded insulation for our more ahem extreme conditions shall we say? ;-)

Me Too!
I need openable windows and another door.
I was thinking that since I saw the first video on Kasitas, other thanthat & the storage need; it is a great design!
Have kasida considered design for the disabled. Love the concept and realise the early stages of design and structure
I could live n this
Bring to Northern California. Thanks!👍☺
