I have a victorinox with the black handle. It has the flutes on the blade like yours, but has a 10 inch simitar style blade. I found it camping! You can't beat free. It is abraded, and not pretty. It works well, and keeps an edge. 🔪😁👌
im very keen on chinese cleavers (the serbian chef knives were actually a marketing thing done by the youtube channel Almazan, they were rebranded chinese cleavers) , some of them are so thin when you sharpen them right you barely feel the food you are cutting
i have to make clear, even thought they are called "cleavers" in english, the most common ones are way too thin to be used like that, they are pretty much just big nakiris
