Nick - I can't thank you enough. I have been wanting a routine just like this for years, and here it is ! It is perfect for me, I will share this with friends. Thank You !
YES, Nick!! Thank YOU!! I couldn’t agree more. I am a RYT. I’ve been practicing for almost a decade and my body is paying the price. I am so HAPPY to find you...and recently Qigong!! It is hard to describe how I feel when I practice Qigong as opposed to Yoga. I do love and appreciate yoga, but it’s not for every BODY ...unlike Qigong. With Respect, KellyK 💜
I had problems with yoga alone long term too Nick - I much prefer these flow sessions - thank you - I am 73 and doing fine without drugs and your stuff really helps - false knee is also OK with these sessions.
Nick I feel very honored and grateful for your immense generosity in teaching us your knowledge! I live so far away but I can get to know some of his immense wisdom! Gratitude!
LOVE this routine. Each class with you is a gift. Many injuries have kept me from yoga- this was great. Your kind compassionate spirit adds so much to the practice. and always love outdoor class with you. THANK YOU
Thank you for this. You're right, it has yoga stretches without the damage that slips my disc. Relaxation with exercise and your backdrops always inspire energy and wakefulness.
Perfect routine, Nick. First time using Daoyin methodology for stretching. Very thorough, without feeling over-taxing on the joints/muscles. Most enjoyable. Thank you, sir...
Well Nick, coming back to this one and my mid-back pain has wandered off. May it not find the way back ! Thank you for an unexpected bonus. And for all you do.
Hey Nick - woke up on a miserable windy day feeling stiff in my shoulders and I found this. I cannot tell you how different I feel afterwards. Thank you. Your calm voice, the stretching and the lovely scenery has set me up for the day. Best wishes to you.
Thank you for explaining the position of Bamboo in the Wind and how it is akin to Shivasana. Your explanations of positions Throughout your videos has helped me achieve a greater understanding of QiGong!
Nick thank you so much for this teaching! I love the blend of different techniques as it's much more in tune with intuitive movement which I've found myself doing alot lately. As a yoga teacher myself, I understand where you are coming from about injuries. Unfortunately that's not due so much to yoga itself and the way it is taught! I do not even do long holds or any more intense movements as I know my body well! I do agree that what you teach seems quite accessible. You make beautiful videos thank you again ❤
Thanks, and I agree with you: I've got the same experience with Yoga. Missed your live class yesterday, so found this one as a beautiful alternative! Hope to 'see' you soon:)
@@TheNickLoffree you are getting better and better behind and in front of the camera dear brother! It's beautiful to witness, and great to follow you and this booming channel. I see you becoming soon THE reference in qi-going in the western world. Bravo mon frère!! You're doing good to our specie!! ;-)
You are getting better all the time. Love your on location routines. I am telling others about you. Really enjoy your. Teaching ability and giving us knowledge
This felt very releasing and stretching, and my injuries felt appreciated while doing this flow! I did some adjustments in the intensity of the stretches and still got the bliss.Thank you Nick and your location choice is always so on point! Connected with nature and yourself 🍃🙏🏼
I have been doing yoga for over 20 years, with no real improcement to either my physical or mental health. I appreciate this video because it is using movements with which I am familiar but in a much more achievable way Thank you

So many chaturangas! And downward dogs. I think the effort to make yoga a "workout" kinda led to overuses of some movements. Glad you enjoy my alternative :D
Thank you for this Nick! And thank you for the live sessions as well I’m really excited that you are offering these… And your gifts with the world through TH-cam!
Fantastic class and as a Yoga Teacher I love learning the Doaist Yoga style and QiGong and you're really good at combining different disciplines. You also have me as a student now and your teaching is interesting, informed and fun eh!
I liked the Qi gong alone but when you tried to combine the two with the snake deal it was weird for me as a Yogi. The foot position wasn't working for me :) But liked the rest.
You mean the spelling? It is more commonly spelled with a T, even though it is pronounced as a D. Goes back to some goofy Europeans translating Chinese a few centuries ago.
@@ultimatefab Ah, a fair observation. It technically is Yoga, reinterpreted slightly by the Taoists. Lots of Yogis went to China over the centuries and taught Yoga, which the Taoists and Buddhists there absorbed and changed in their own ways. Sometimes they changed it a whole lot, sometimes they just added a little more movement or softness to it, as you can probably see in this video.
Kindness flowing with qigong forming the conduit. I’m so grateful. Thank you for sharing this.
Perfect!! Thank you

Thank YOU! Your support is why I keep doing them! :D
As a YT200, I loved this hybrid class. I no longer practice yoga for similar reasons as you, and am very happy to have “discovered” qigong.
Glad you liked it! Y
Thank you Nick! I am quite skeptical about the qi energy, but I do feel refreshed with the practice.
The quality of sound and image are excellent, which is challenging sometimes outdoors. Great job! I loved it, again!
Thanks Jos! It is tough outdoors. Light changes are such a pain haha But I'm getting better and better at it :)

Do you have a summer balancing qigong routine?
