Their quality control is terrible. Im having all of these same issues with a brand new kit into a 1st gen bird. The wiggle wire fan turning on was the white pin needing to be squeezed closed, which shouldnt be that way brand new. But the ecm is bad out of the box, 12v coming out of the ecm that is supposed to be a ground, which fried my holley sniper.

Even better would be a cable controlled HVAC . Says the old mechanic . No ecm ... no ecm problems .
