That's a bad way of training the dog. You need to teach it that it's fine whenever your mum touches you and that it shouldn't bark. If she touches the dog every single time she has touched you then it will never stop. She needs to turn her back to it and ignore it
I wonder if your dog is maybe not jealous, but worried for you ? Maybe he just wants to ''protect'' you from your mother (even if your mother would never hurt you lol). But in both cases it's not very normal. Your dog needs to be reassured or to learn to let your mom touch you lol. Sometimes my dog barks at someone in joy with a big smile on his face when he's excited to see the person. It's not an aggressive behavior. You need to decipher what are his real feelings because barking doesn't always equals to agressivity or worrying

yeah, recently i lost my poodle and i havent recovered since. it was a couple of days ago i lost her. She didn't get euthanized tho, she died of natural causes/old age. but it was a shock death, as i thought she may live another year.
