Q11) 20% of 2400 is 480. Now his profit is 2400. The first week he would lose 480$ = 2400 - 480 = 1920$. Second week he loses 20% (384$) = 1920 - 384 = 1536$. Third week he loses 20% (307.2) = 1536 - 307.2 = 1,228.8$. Fourth week he loses 20% (245.76) = 1228.8 - 245.76 = 983.04$. So, at the end of week 4 he would only make 983.04$.

Q10 51.17% or 51.2% I don't understand why you say this is wrong in the comments below. If it is are you able to advise where I have gone wrong as I added 195 +214 +179 and divided it by 1149 x 100 to get the percentage figure. Where have i gone wrong? For 12 = 983.04. random question but I cannot get my head wrapped around it most of this is easy but i checked through comments to see if everyone got the same answer as me and that seems to be the case for q6 i am getting 451 as the answer. If we take 25% plus 16% which will be 41 then 1100 divide by 100 which is 11 then 41 x 11 is 451 ? is that not correct or am i missing something ?
I'm wondering that too, what am I missing?
Q6 finance 275 distribution 176
Thank you. That is correct.
Sir,I can't get Q11 step2,Would you please explain it?
Q10 51.17% or 51.2% I don't understand why you say this is wrong in the comments below. If it is are you able to advise where I have gone wrong as I added 195 +214 +179 and divided it by 1149 x 100 to get the percentage figure. Where have i gone wrong? For 12 = 983.04. I did total of all the bars = 2400 then - 20% = 1920 - 20% = 1536 - 20% = 1228.8 -20% = 983.04. How is this wrong? Please advise. Thank you.
I got the same answer for Q12 so unsure how it is incorrect
@@joshuaglazzard9618 You have to then add all 4 together. The question is asking you how much they made over the total 4 weeks.
@@kerrieleader3551 Thank you :)
Question 11 was a little misleading. It wasn't clear whether the initial week (the week where he investor made $4,700) was included in the 4 week period or not.

May I know why Q10 is not 51.17% ?
jan = 195, feb = 214, June = 179 . 195 + 214 + 179 = 588. then 588/1149 (total sales) = 51.17%
Q10. Got it!! 51.17 %

Thank you for your post Q10 is not 51.2% and the second answer are you referring to Q12. Q11s answer is available in the video?
Hi Richard, I got 51.17% and made it to the nearest decimal number. Is it still wrong? I did 195 + 214 + 179 = 588/1149 x 100 = 51.17% Is Q12 correct? Thank you.
The wording of Q7 is seriously incorrect. It should rather say the percentage decrease in assaults because the question implies the decrease in total which is 3 percent
