How can I buy replacement Dr Martens soles ? They don't sell them
You can buy them buy employing the service of an English cobbler that will replace them for you. lol. There's a couple of them that use real soles.

I must have missed this.....Google, veldtschoen construction shoes and you will see the most water tight goodyear welted shoes .....the storm welt, as mentioned in the other answer is really good too.
