All Malaysian here are actually want to see you guys happy while in Malaysia, and feel worry if anything happen otherwise, thats the another part of real Malaysian hospitality...real concern what other people feel while in their country.
Never thought a very not-so-instagrammable-looking kuih can make a girl from the other part of the world to fall in love so much with it. We tend to forget to appreciate what we already have.
Yeah that's what I meant. Most of our Kuih are made to satisfy the tongue, stomach & eyes. But kuih like keramat, cucur kodok, cucur bawang, are supposed to be a quick-evening-or-morning-bite-snacks that looks were not the main focus Was amazed you guys dig into Kuih keramat very much despite being "not so inviting at first sight"... Hehe
Great hospitality, great people, great food...how amazing Malaysia is !!! Thanks for showing and sharing how roti keramat are made...am sure Christiana will be making tons of them when you guys are back home in Portugal. Guess l'm going to try the roti keramat recipe too. Thanks again !!!
Monsoon season is like our winter except the rain forgot to turn into snow..🤣 it seems like Christiana got her early Christmas present..which is the roti keramat recipe and how to make the roti keramat..😂 love to see that she is happy..😊

alway enjoy watching you guys and hope u always remember malaysia and tell you kid and your grandkids about your time in malaysia. pls do come back in the future
Belagoangin is actually two words, belago and angin. Belago is “berlanggar” in standard Malay or a clash of two items, and “angin” is wind. When combine, belagoangin can means two different wind forces or it could also means that the owner has a different mindset from everybody else (clash of thought) or it could also be belagoangin because your head swirls in making choice from the many delicious dishes available at the kedai makan 😀

@Travelgramers finally do the roti keramat but in malacca call kuih boom.. Next should do in turkey & ask people around there to taste about all malaysian food.. Not difficult to do this kuih, easy to me when i see its a simple ingredients but surely delicious if eat with kuah dhal/kari like roti canai & teh o or kopi o kurang manis.. hehe enjoy the food brother & sister, i hope both of you will comeback to malaysia again & never regret this country... #brotherhood #sisterhood #tourismmalaysia #cuticutimalaysia
I think the main difference between Roti keramat and normal cekodok is extra amount of sugar used in Roti keramat and also the used of Mauri pan. Normal cekodok that my mum cooked didn't used sugar and Mauri pan
I always try to make kuih keramat but end up taste like normal cakoi or donut, I try change ingredients but still not working.. then I realize in this video she not put oil like normal cakoi/donut, put a lot of sugar, baking soda and rest for 24 hours..that's why mine is not working 😭 every ingredients and rest time have important role to make kayu keramat creamy and Delicious..and it more simple than I thought.. thank you for this video 😭
Coming soon: Cristiana’s Roti Keramat in Portugal 😁
For sure... will be famous there..haha
Biz cafe or restaurant malaysia cuisine...haha
Maybe she gonna make it everywhere they go next... Especially those ingredients are available everywhere.. Hehehe
i think this they will sell it after this
I’ll make it for sure as soon as we have a kitchen available to us ahaha 😂
