    6 things to keep in mind when making party jollof:
    - Try not to parboil; so as to make the rice not stick together when it’s done cooking.
    - Its color must be unique (turmeric or red color).
    - Butter.
    - Allow it to burn a little; to give it a nice and distinct smell.
    - Cook with steam.
    - Garnishing.
    INGREDIENTS
    - Rice (16 cups = 1 module).
    - Seasonings( curry 1 roll, thyme 2 sachets , 20 maggi, salt, turmeric etc).
    - Groundnut oil (2 cups).
    - Pepper, onions, tomato( 1 tin for the tomato the rest as desired).
    - Beef stock.
    - Peas, carrot, green beans.
    - Margarine (1 sachet).
    - Crayfish.
    PROCEDURE
    - Put the pot on fire, add the margarine and groundnut oil.
    - Add the seasonings and crayfish to fry for some minutes.
    - Add beef stock, water and allow to boil.
    - Add in the rice and stir then cover with tin foil and the pot cover .
    - Allow it to boil for 15-20 mins, check and stir again.
    - Allow it to cook and burn a little for the distinctive burnt smell.
    - Bring the pot down and serve.
