neutral and Earth both are different concepts. Earth wire can be a neutral wire but neutral Never be Earth in this video talking about the difference between neutral Earth and ground and also voltage in neutral Earth and ground.
Out of these three 1 is for over security purposes and the other one provides a return part to the phase conductor. The neutral potential is 0 in the initial condition but in some conditions and neutral potential is the same as phase wire.

Sir ji neutral wire se hamein shock nahi lagta hai kyoki unbalanced condition mein bhi neutral mein 50 ya 60 volt AC se jyada nahi hota hai aur ye hamari shok voltage ki condition se kam hai ye ham neutral ki unbalanced equation se bhi nikal sakte hai
