- We stayed at San Angelo for 5 days. The riding was unique. Jason found it a little boring, but I found it fun. It was definately a different experience. Although my mare Honey hated this place from the first ride. I'm guessing she could smell the javelins, which are completely new to her. Please help our channel by subscribing.

Nice place
We recently visited this State Park but did not go over to the North side of the park. I found your video informative. We stayed at Red Arroyo Camping Area on the south side, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. I also posted a TH-cam video of our visit.
Those grass burrs are horrible. Since it’s a state park you’ll have to file a complaint. Thanks for the video, I know not to go there. I stayed at a trail riders association and the fox tails were horrible. Cost me $400+ in emergency vet bill for my dog. Who got one in her nose. I wouldn’t allow my horses to graze on it for fear of the foxtails burrowing into their mouths. It seemed pretty flat there.
I enjoyed riding there. It looks flat but it's got some good climbs. It's not near as flat as Florida. It has some interesting landscapes.
Are those blinders on your horse? Do they help with not spooking?
No it's a fly mask with the highest UV rays. Honey has light colored eyes and bright sun triggers her facial nerves.
@@pleasureriderv ok, I was wondering. It was hard to see. Love your videos. Thank you
😅
Hi Chrissy. Thank you for the guided tour. Big hugs 🤗
