    This has everything:
    Bear Grylls impressions, Myspace Profile picture slideshows, mostly dudes being dudes commentary instead of hiking & Dearly Beloved coming out of nowhere.
    Blessed to finally see "Adventure Archives: the Prequel"

    OMG.... Andrew and Bryan such baby faces! Haha.....
    It's nice to see that you guys are still as enthusiastic and wacked as you were 10 years ago. Don't ever lose it!

      Amazing how young they looked! We're all getting older I guess... so Bear Grylls a was a premier show on TV when my kids were young... and I was a young father. I could be these guys Dad... But I'm learning from them and love what they're doing! Seems weird they are being nostalgic about things that were like yesterday to me. I'm nostolgic about the 1970's.... Brady Bunch etc...

    You should post this on Facebook as a reminder of how far you have come and to show your fun side, couldn't stop laughing at the British impersonations, "by God did that tree make a sound" I nearly coughed my lungs out laughing

    I loved this video. seeing you guys goofing off reminds me of back home in Miami FL when my friends and I would go out into the woods in greynolds park. now it's mostly solo trips and family hikes with my 5 year old girl. and she loves it. but it's not like going with just some like minded friends and the trails and the laughter.

      +Bryan Formica Thanks so much! Yeah, it's definitely something else just camping out with some friends and being able to act silly. Those were definitely some fond memories. Thanks for watching :) -Andrew

    Nice gloves Andrew!
    🇬🇴 🇨🇴🇱🇹🇸❗
    BTW, I really enjoy the Midwest videos and all the wild edibles education. It's sorta like being there with you guys...except without the mosquito and fly bites.
    But dude...anchovies for breakfast and sauerkraut as trail food??? If you guys are hiking single file, the guy in the back is living dangerous!
    Seriously, I enjoyed the Hoosier National Forrest and Morgan Monroe State Forrest videos so much, I'm getting ready to watch them again.
    Do you guys have any plans for hiking the Knobstone Trail in southeastern Indiana?

    • @AdventureArchives
      @AdventureArchives  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mike Marley Haha, thanks! I forgot I wore those gloves in this video. Good stuff.
      Glad you like the videos! Haha and yeah, I've always liked anchovies for some reason. They taste even better when you've been sweating because of the salt loss, I guess. Sauerkraut I can only do in small portions (although I love me some Kim Chi), but Robby seems to have become accustomed to it, haha.
      Really glad you like those ones. I like the Hoosier one a lot, but I always focus on what we could've done better editing that Morgan Monroe episode, so it's good to know you enjoy it.
      This is actually the first time I've heard of that trail, but I'm definitely going to make a note of it for future reference. Thanks for the suggestion! --Andrew

    Love the winter scenery, nice recovery idea for lost/damaged footage on your current episode. I did want to point out, having worked S&R for Macy's there is a reason the men's bathroom is basic and the woman's has a nice clean lounge type area. It's because it's incredibly improbable for a man to attempt to breast-feed a child. And you certainly don't want mothers to do it sitting on a toilet. It stems from the idea some people have that breast-feeding should be done behind closed doors.

    • @AdventureArchives
      @AdventureArchives  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ahh, that's a great reason for having the lounge. Yeah, breastfeeding should definitely not have to happen on a toilet in a stall. Thanks for watching! :) -Andrew

    You mentioned Hocking Hills in this video. Did you have a video from that trip? One of my favorite areas in Ohio.

    • @AdventureArchives
      @AdventureArchives  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      We actually filmed a trip there before we really got off the ground. Maybe we'll go back and cut together a little episode of it. But actually more likely well being going there very soon :) -Robby

    • @AdventureArchives
      @AdventureArchives  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      And we've also been there many times, it's he first place ever went camping and inspired this show.

      Glen Bland Just an updated response to this: We just went there last week to film a side video, and we will likely feature Hocking Hills as a portion of a future full episode. The side video should be out next week, so stay tuned! --Andrew

      AdventureArchives very cool! last week was a great time to go there. I was there last Saturday and it was awesome. Looking forward to the video! I'm heading down to Shawnee to hike the south loop of the backpack trail this coming weekend with the nice spring weather we are supposed to have.
