The tech progression in the last few years has been absolutely amazing.. I remember when the LG Voyager was the coolest touch screen phone, and the iPhone was 2g, and now in this last year how everything has moved so fast. My 25 inch monitor is 1920x1080 and now tablets and phones have HD displays? My phones 4g downloads faster than some peoples wifi, insane. Great video! Ive been with you from near the beginning of your channel, and man you have progressed too. Great work! Thanks for the video!
Honestly can't wait till the 4.1 release for this tablet arrives. Retina is nice but Full HD resolution on a 10' screen is more than enough.
Already loved the combination of tablet and keyboard dock on the original transformer.
I had to sell my TF101 last week because it didn't have a 3G or 4G radio. It's a shame because the design and concept were great. Really liking your videos so far, subbed, keep up the good work!

Oh yes, I remember that I almost used my original transformer with the keyboard dock as pc replacement and back then it was still running the just released 3.0 software.
Probably the perfect time now to give it another shot with the improved hardware and software.

ASUS is great with their updates...this looks like a great tablet but I think I'm going with the Nexus 7. Just to say mann, your videos are frickin' top notch down to the tee. Great work.

Jumped into the Transformed Pad Infinity boat. One thing I must suggest is to purchase a Bluetooth mouse if you're planning to buy the keyboard dock. Makes a awesome combo. Another is to disable a lot of the bloatware that comes with this deceive. Turn off Super IPS mode (unless outdoors) cause man. S-IPS mode will melt your eyes.

Looks good, my Dad got his Nexus 7 as I mentioned in your previous video. Been playing around with it and its really impressive compared to my old TF101 (mines not too bad as its rooted and OCed but still not smooth). Nexus 7 and now this, ASUS is really pushing to take the lead in the tablet market. Hopefully it will convert some more ipad users over to android!

The versatility of the Transformer Infinity is second to none in my opinion. Keyboard (with track pad which you can't get on an iPad), expandable memory (micro sd slot on the tablet plus full sd card on the dock) amazing 1920x1200 display, USB slot and ANDROID! Get an Infinity and see how much more value you'll get!
Another great job here MB. And just so many toys coming at me from all directions, I can hardly keep up! I just got the Nexus 7 & the GS3. Now this? L o l, I am going to give Samsung a bit more time yet though, hoping for that elusive 11"+ retina quad core 2GB RAM unit I keep dreaming about. But the wait may be too long? Since August 15th is looking like we will see the newer 10.1 / 2 same old Sammish tablet being launched here (yawn). So the eleven inch Tab will likely be months after that.

I decided that I don't need entirely full HD, I dont need memory card slot, and I am eventually going to cry over keyboard dock, But for the price tag, I am going to buy Nexus (if its ever going to ship in central europe) And now Marques held both of my sweethearts in his hands at the same time... Wow, this tablet is truly a boss.
For some reason I prefer the more tapered form factor of the Transformer Prime. It just creates an illusion of even more thinness

"its the best tablet money can buy" marques in my versus vid i found alot more reason to get the Infinity over the Ipad 3

And to think I saw you unbox this only a few days ago! Great review as always and definitely interesting to hear about the issues with 4.0 vs 4.1. Do you know if this affects other devices or if it's just a Tegra 3 problem?
You should do a video comparison of the infinity, the nexus and the new ipad :) that would probably help a lot of people ^_^
I reckon you should do a video on the whole issue with Android updates taking so long. It's the only thing stopping me (that and that Android can't replace a desktop) from completely ditching apple. I just like that they do their updates more seamlessly.
hours of continuous use which is no where near the 8-9 the tablet is supposed to get without the dock (on 3/4ths brightness with a few emails accounts being synced.) My last resort is to look up how to root it and see if that fixes the issues (I've heard it does) if that doesn't help I'll probably sell it for the ugly but much better spec and performance Nexus 10. I can get a case and hide the ugly back and I'd take front facing stereo speakers over the 8mp asus camera anyday.

Its in HD now. You would never be able to survive the youtube years where "high quality" was the only option for resolution.
With all the hardware they make for other companies, Samsung could even completely dominate the market with the Exynos, a good camera, the iPad's Retina display (or better), Jelly Bean, a good battery and that's it ^^
All you people need to flash the CM10 Preview on your phones tablets...Trust you wiil feel the difference

Going to buy a tablet for going back to school in September.. really to me it's a toss up between Transformer Pad Infinity and Galaxy Note 10.1. If Samsung releases Note 10.1 on August 15th, I'll see how the specs match up and decide on my tablet.. I think ASUS does an excellent job with the build quality and the customer service though.
Another thing you can try is going into developer options and checking the option to "force GPU rendering". It may smooth some things up a bit :)

Heya Marques, my mom is looking at tablets currently, and she's wondering if there's a noticeable difference in word processing on the TF300 compared to the 700, since that's what she would mostly be using it for. I explained that there probably wouldn't be much of a difference, but now that I've showed her some of you videos (she says you're easy to understand! :D), she'd really like hearing your take on it!

This tablet looks awesome. I like everything about it, except the screen looks washed out. Its super quick, can't wait to see what it can do once it gets jellybean, since tegra3 was the reference for 4.1. I'll be keeping my nexus 7 though ;)
but by the time jelly bean rolls out on Asus Tegra 3 tablets.. the qualcomm MSM8960TM 3D Quadcore with the 320 GPU and 3D Processing Chip(3D Tablets) and LTE Tablets would be out Also widows Ivybridge Capable tablets might start to be announced so I'll wait to see whats happens at end of the year if I Can
