Awesome Fight, I don't think its that good on an RL130 40 dex/40 arc build but its definitely pretty good still

That stat spread is not good at that level. For better damage, you will want occult affinity and all the points from dexterity into arcane. Aim for 80 arcane; can easily have 60 vigor and 80 arcane at level 130.
