Warm roshogollas have an absolutely amazing taste chef!! In Kolkata, we used to buy warm roshogollas and they used to be even softer and melt-in-your-mouth than cold ones. Please try warm roshogollas too atleast once.

Tried this Rasgulla recipe today....everything was perfect, I followed all the rules...but the sugar syrup (Chaashni) wasn't that sweet due to which my Rasgullas weren't sweet....I guess if the ratio of water & sugar in the dipping syrup would be 1:1 & 1/3 cup then it would turn out great. Anyway, thanks for all the tips✨ I'm happy that my Rasgullas didn't break or harden🫶🏻 I really admire & follow your recipes✨ Lots of love💕

So.. in all ur recipes, plz teach a vegan replacement of all dairy products. Like for eggs we generally use banana / vegetable oil/ curd.. like that plzz plzz tell us how can we replace "curd" in curries.. Rasgullas r the only thing which cannot b probably replaced potentially...
