This recipe is absolutely fantastic and I will be making my version on my channel .. I used to use Milk powder but only recently mava is available in stores in Canada. Unfortunately the quality is not the same so I grated it ... then lost patience with trying to knead it. I warmed up a small amt in the micro and mixed it in ... I also add a tbsp or so of milk and it finally came together and was perfect. It's laying in it's sugar bath now and I'm sure everyone is going to love it. Thanks for explaining in great detail!
