Been stacking 6 pack for several months now and it's the best thing I've done for my system. The top subs surprised me the most. Slightly moving them inward or outward changes the air around the instruments as well as vocals. Started with a pair and I was very impressed. Adding the second pair didn't impress me as much. But the third pair did the magic. It's unreal. Folks need to hear it. One of the benefits of the 6 pack is the fact that you can tune your system to your mood when you listen. It's been an amazing experience for me and they're staying for as long as I have a two channel setup. Even if I buy a million dollar system, I'm still gonna stack.

funny cause I was hesitating between a pair of some Tx series vs 1.
like 2x tx5, if im mental, 2x tx7 but prob just 1, or a rel s3 demo that I found for dirt cheap.
I think even if I only settle for 2x tx5s, thats a lot better than 1 tx7 or s3. Just sucks the drivers are facing down on the tx5.

      @@lukesumerford2084 that's like 2k+.
I can afford it but honestly I rather gamble the extra cash instead.
I'm trying to make my set up cost efficient. Also two tx7s is better if your room is medium sized or less (maybe even if it's a bit bigger).
So two tx7 at the best prices will be like 2k euros.
And for my set up (Kef ls50: 550 euros, marantz pm8006: 900 euros, extras: 300, one tx7)
Adding a second increases the budget by 37%.
Note: adding one sub improves general sound experience by 25%, but the second only by 6%. Meaning its financially irresponsible, even if you can afford it.

I’m a big 6-pack fan. Especially after hearing it in a system I know VERY well.

The weak point in most systems is the tweeter. A 1" tweeker to keep up with thouands of watts of low end. Along with my REL line arrays I use JBL compression drivers crossed over at 10KHz-- no sparkle, no sizzle just pure air. I would argue this makes as much difference, even more than my REL's.

I see you made this video 5:10 long, coincidence? I don’t think so.

You know REL would make more money if they told people they need 12 subs?!

You're right. I've listened to several six-figure speakers on my laptop. They all stink.

@@user-ex9zm7bg3x bro. Your laptop uses a cheap dac. And I doubt your headphones are 500+ USD.
And, they don't reproduce the bloody frequencies the rels produce. That's why rels are needed in the first place. Because 2k+ speakers can't even do the job well.
This is intended to reproduce live music. So I guess live music sounds horrendous to you too.
