I really like the black card draw spells. Not for me though, but for the enemy. Lot or the triggers activate on card draw, In the last two matches I played, the cost of enemies drawing cards was like 6-8 life per card in the end. I played one of the black card draw cards, which lead to the enemy taking 14/18 damage just for 2 mana. I did not care if the enemy had 2 more cards. The 14 damage killed one opponent and the 18 got one really down into single digits. Forcing to draw cards is one of the strongest moves with a decent setup
I also like Shell Game because the way it's worded, you choose last. So you don't have to pick the best creature on the board just in case no one else picks it. You get to see everyone's choices first
Agreed lol the cases for it coming back in are probably correct. It’s tough to cut cards and not hit one that needs to come back in, but that’s the beauty of testing
Hello, sorry if my English isn't good. I bought the deck, a presentation box and a bundle. In the presentation box I got the Meathook 2 + foil Razorkin and in the bundle I got Damnation, Withering Torment, Untimely Malfunction, Sporogenic infection and Funeral Room / Awakening hall. I think I will update the deck with these cards and the 8th edition Underworld Dreams, Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might (which I have from other sealed materials). How do you see adding Ill-Gotten Inheritance? Any recommendations for removing the ones I mentioned?
What a great set of packs!!!! Those pulls will help the deck a ton! I like Ill-Gotten for chip damage over time, but it does not trigger Valgavoth if that was your goal. If it is just for damage over time I do not mind it. As for what to remove, ask yourself on each card: Does this card deal damage or make future damage better? I think all our support pieces need to funnel themselves into more damage to win before we get hated down

Fair enough, I do not discount the scenarios where they are effective I appreciate the examples!
Sadistic shell game can only target creatures you don’t control. So valgavoth won’t be destroyed 😮
When you read the card, you understand the card lol my bad completely, it should definitely come back in
Awesome video! Quick note, I don't think Sadistic Shell Game has a down side for the person casting it...

@@hometowncommander To be fair, we're well past that in Magic nowadays 🤣
We're getting closer to Yugioh every day

Agreed, ya boy grounded out to first here on that remove; but hey you can't win them all lol
Rakdos Charm is the kind of card you REALLY regret cutting when you're facing 1456 scute swarm tokens

@@hometowncommander thank you!
11:25 Valgavoth won't be a valid target by this spell when he's out since it's Creatures YOU dont control
If He could read, He would be very upset.

He sounds so hot and cute. Damn❤
Oh Valgavoth has daddy energy for sure lol
