So i was kinda making a deck with bloodthirst champ and exquisite blood with her and some indirect aoe dmg, what do you think? I play with a lot of token generator and sac triggers with city on fire and emancipation like some sort of midrange control but im not sure since i never played a deck like this, thought i absolutely love this commander

I do agree with your picks, but that solo-play is not close to reality - somebody would surely interact with you before all those nazguls assembled, or even wipe the board.

I started playing Magda in Standard on MTG arena a month ago or so. It's a blast but she's such a huge target it's kind of hard to keep her on the board. I started using Goldvein Pickaxe with one and to casting cost and haste - "when equipped creature deals combat to an opponent create a treasure token" to compensate for that. So now if I don't draw Magda or my opponent is using a lot of creature removal spells I can cache tokens really quickly even when she's not in play. Plus when I do get my dragons out Goldvein Pickaxe helps keep the party going even if all my criminals are neutralized.

I just built this deck with the reprint from foundations and I decided to go full artifact/spell slinging style, small to large artifacts and spells that’ll draw cards, ping opponents, and make gobbos

Innistrad sets are by far my favorite flavor…Duskmorne was a very close second

I'm piecing together my own Naya tokens deck and this gives me a lot of ideas. I'll be using Rocco, Cabretti Caterer as Commander until I get me my own Jetmir but the token generation is roughly the same. An underlying theme I've been tinkering around with is +1/+1 counters as a lot of Selesnya effects give and care about them and a lot of Gruul cards, especially from Neon Dynasty, care about modified creatures. For some giggly defense, I'm including Mana Tithe and Lapse of Certainty. Lapse has saved me many times by dumping someone's Wrath to their top deck. No one expects counter magic in White, even though we all know it exists. Again, I'll be hugging this as a guide for what I'm building and thank you for this deck tech.

Thanks for the video!! Lynde is one of my favorite designs and I love playing this deck. If I had any advice, I would say to add to the draw, you want to play into Lynde’s ability more with playing curses off of you onto your opponents. I like to have a curse on me before I cast Lynde so that next turn I’m guaranteed to draw 2. I’d also say that if you have more sac outlets so that you can sac a curse, put it on yourself, and then next turn send it to someone else. Claws of Gix and Despotic Scepter are two of the best ones for it. I’d swap them for Curse of Hospitality and Curse of Inertia, as those kinda suck imo

I run it specifically for the -1-1. In an aristocrat deck, you never have to worry about having a sack outlet, when all your stuff dies instantly.

I just got back into the game last year. Played 96-06 and got back to try commander. This was the first commander deck I built!

I'm thinking to make this deck more stax/control with a lot of board wipes to protect sorin, and finish the game with cards that double life or drain my opponents life

Kyler has been one of my easiest decks to upgrade all the time because of so many humans being added with each set. She's only gotten stronger and stronger each set. I appreciate that you're goldfishing the deck so people can see how it works. Not enough content creators that do deck techs show this step of deck building. Oh, btw, if you're gonna put a Cathar's Crusade in the deck, be prepared to hear a lot of groans from the other players because keeping track of all the counters it makes csn be a pain. I've sped up the process by no longer using dice to track the counters, but rather a dry erase marker where I can write directly on the sleeve face and the wipe off the ticks or add ticks as needed. Much faster.

Love the deck! One thing though, I don't think rabid gnaw works. Zada's ability only copies spells that target ONLY her. Since it targets her AND a creature you don't control, it won't be copied.

I have this deck! Id reckon using Mephidross Vampire with her to make all ur creatures Vampires too so you can splash non-Vamps in to fill your niches

I run this as my commander as a human kindred deck. The Ozilith and Maja BretaGuard protector as key peices

I think my edgar deck is stronger than this one my build is a.mix.of token makers life gain and counters with kill cards and vampire angel is such a good card to have in a vampire deck as well as tree top canapé land card to get more mana based on how many vsmpires you have but this deck is still good for what it whats to do

Irenicus’s Vile Duplication is another include to consider. In a pinch, it can make a token copy of Storm, but if played off of Storm’s trigger, it may make the whole table scoop.

It's funny, everyone is making Edgar, you're going to have pods that are 4 of the same deck basically LOL I'll stick with my obscure commanders.

Edgar has been my main ever since he was released. That deck has been through SO MANY iterations!! He started with every tutor and OG Duals for maximum optimization. But now I play him much more chill: Wishclaw Talisman is my only tutor, I play "goofy" vampires like Sengir Nosferatu, I regularly sandbag vamps to keep my casual games going longer lol
