That was really a close call...I fail to understand why so many experienced drivers don't use indicators also... everyone just seems to be in a hurry and fail to think that their actions can have devastating consequences for others if not them.
Yeah, I am not sure if the driver was intoxicated but any learner driver would do a lot better than that. Not even a glance!
