      @@echo.motion Great choice, I personally prefer Yoshimura sound, but am getting the c4 to reduce weight and get a more cleaner look on the bike, but you’ll definitely love it

    I finally found a Shogun protection kit online at Cycle Gear. For weeks they’ve been sold out everywhere I looked. I installed them on my 2021 ZX-6R today. I used a click type torque wrench. I heard the click on the rear spools. I got the frame sliders really tight but never heard the click. I was too afraid of breaking off the bolts so I stopped when I felt they were tight enough but no click. Used the loctite blue also.

    I had the shogun sliders for a week before I installed them and the worst part is I knocked my 636 over in my driveway while the sliders were in my room =D

    Hey there, I really like your videos. Crisp, precise, and to the point with enough detail and explanation to not leave you clueless. I wanted to ask though,... where did you purchase your carbon fiber fairing pieces from? I cannot find much on ebay. Keep up the good work!

    bro why my slider on the left look's like shorter than the right when its installed??

    • @eastcoastish
      @eastcoastish  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My left side also sticks out about half an inch less than the right side. I believe it's because there are more engine covers that come out further on the right side so just additional protection for them. Since these are made out of delrin, they're designed to file down as you're sliding...

    Amigo soy de mexico donde pediste tus sliders?

  • @carlycourtney3253
    @carlycourtney3253 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I know I'm a year late to the party but my right slider is loose. Like the bolt is tightened to the appropriate torque but the slider itself can be wiggled back and forth, whereas the left side is held firm. Is that normal?

    • @carlycourtney3253

      I'm on a 2023 ZX-6R if that matters!

    • @eastcoastish
      @eastcoastish  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely shouldn’t be loose. You sure you don’t have the left and right bolt swapped? I think they’re different lengths. If the are in the correct side you could put a washer or two on the bolt before you put it in the slider.

      The factory bolts didn't have loc tite; torque to spec and you should be good to go.
